Welcome to this very special manifestation meditation with Jamie Wozni. Go ahead and close your eyes and get comfortable in your space. And sit up. You can lay down. Just let your body soften. Let go of the day. And I invite you now to bring your awareness right behind your eyes and let your eyes soften. And start to breathe. Start to deepen the breath. Start to expand the belly like a balloon, A very soft balloon. And then when you get to the top of your inhale, Exhale long and slow. Inhale. All the way in, Expand, Let the air fill the body. And when you get to the top, Long, Slow exhale. Notice that physical connection under and behind you. And keep breathing. And then let the body kind of settle in, Soften towards that physical connection. And see if you can just come into a little bit more of a softer, Receptive space. You have the power to create reality. You have the power to release old energies in you. You have the power to align with new energies, To call forth and magnetize towards you your desire. You are magic. And so we are going to align you today with that self. And so you can put your hand on your heart, Or you can keep your hands where they are just connecting into that heart space. And breathing long and slow, Softening the body. I want you just to ask yourself, Because there's lots of things we want, And you can do this meditation over and over again, But for now, What do I desire? What do I want to create, Feel more of, Experience in my life? Maybe it's in relationship, Or money, Or purpose, Career, Hobbies, Spirituality. What do I want? Just see what arises from your heart, And breathe and soften. Just that first desire that comes to mind. We're going to just set an intention, Intentions are powerful, And if you have the capacity to whisper this aloud right now, Whatever your desire is, We're going to say it out loud, We're just going to say, I intend, I intend a million dollars, I intend $400, 000, I intend so much joy in my life, I intend to be in love. I intend to choose this now. That gets the ball rolling in your direction, Just that alone, Your magical powers of intention and choice. And now first we must meet that which is between us and it innocently, And so I want you to kind of tune into this desire of yours, Any and all ways that this isn't manifest yet. I want you to notice what thoughts, What feelings arise of the not having, The pain of the not having yet, I can't have that, It's not for me, I'm not worthy. What feeling is here, I feel sick, I feel grief, I feel afraid, I feel unworthy. Just notice assumptions, Beliefs, Thoughts, Feelings, Fears, Sensations, Energies. When we want something, That which is between us and it can arise for us to love it. Love, Compassion, Acceptance, These higher frequencies clears those energies. And so whatever just arose, I want you to hold it in your mind, And the little part of us that has experienced those things, We're going to give that part full validation in their experience. This doesn't create more of it, This lets us feel seen and heard so that we can let it go. So you're just going to say, I'm so sorry that you feel this, I'm so sorry that you believe this, I'm so sorry that these are your fears. So I'm going to give you a quiet couple moments to meet any pain that is arising with compassion. You're going to want to run from it, You're going to want to turn in the other direction, And I'm going to invite you to breathe and soften and welcome and embrace the sensations that are here, Knowing that they're a part of you, Not all of you. Meeting it with I'm sorry, Or it's okay that you feel this way, Or I love you anyway, It's okay that this is here. Just breathe and allow these higher energies of love and compassion to melt the pain. You're not trying to melt the pain, You're welcoming it 100%, All the pain that's arising with love, Saying that in your mind, Feeling it in your heart. Give you a couple quiet moments to do this now. Just intuitively stream of consciousness, Just kind of noticing, Gosh, This desire I want, What are the fears? What are the thoughts? What are the blocks? Just let them arise and one by one meet whatever's here, Not by trying to force it away or push it away, That it's okay that you're here, Or it's okay to feel that way, Or I'm so sorry that you feel that way. These higher energies allow it to transmute when we embrace it fully. Just one more minute in this space, I'm so sorry that this is here, It's okay that this is here, Breathe and allow, The only way out is through. You are worthy of all the unconditional love. As we breathe and let this go, Let this transmute, We can come back to this part of the practice anytime. What this does is create space for our new reality to come in. So energetically shaking it off, Letting the tides change, Just breathing, I am behind my eyes, I am in my body, I'm in my breath, My exhale is longer than my inhale, And softening. I am a creator, I am magic, I am powerful, I intend, I release, I align, We are doing real-time magic here. So now what I want you to do is bring to mind again that desire from the space you've just cleared, What is my desire, What is my desire, And I want you now to think of the energy behind your desire. And if it is already an emotion, A feeling, An energy, Then great, But I want that car because I will feel, I want that house because I will feel, I want that soulmate because I will feel, Enough, Loved, Blissed out, Ecstatic, Sensual, Alive, Shining, Expansive, Successful, Powerful, What is it for you, Let it arise, Good, And now we're going to ask your subconscious mind to show us a time in your life when you felt this feeling, So the energy behind your desire is what we're focused on, Subconscious mind, When was a time I felt this, See what arises, It can be a whiff of it, See what comes into your mind, A time you felt this feeling already. And now what we're going to do is because this memory contains this feeling, We're going to expand our nervous system's capacity to hold this feeling so you can bring more external experiences that feel like this, Your desire, Into your life. Your brain can see proof of the path to take to make it so. You can attract it, You can align with it, You can magnetize it. So here we are in this memory, In this whiff of essence that came into your mind, I want you to look around at the images in this memory, As best as you can, Breathe and soften, Let this be light, Let this be easy, What do you see? You may not be visual, So if you aren't, What do you sense? Just using our senses right now, What do you see, Colors are here, Whose face is? In this memory of this feeling that you desire, That's behind your original desire, Just drink in what you see, Sometimes sounds will come in, Or taste, Smell, The brain doesn't know the difference between what's happening or not, So when we stir in this stew of energies, We bring it to life, We wire the brain to this energy, We feel safer here, Just breathe and soften, When we are resting in this stew of images here, What feeling is here, I want you just to notice, We're not creating anything, We're noticing what's here, Oh wow, There's a joy here, There's a peace here, Maybe there's one feeling or there's many, What do you sense, What do you pick up? These images evoke what feeling in me, All you're doing is noticing it, The nervous system, The brain, Just clocks new information when we're aware of new information, Like oh, More of this feeling, More of this thought, More of this image, There's also good here, Turn off that fight or flight, We're going to turn on this experience, Breathe, Soften, Be loose, Be gentle, We're going to notice now in this stew of feeling, In this image, What thought is present, Thought or thoughts, Sound even, Ah, This is fun, I did this myself, Wow, Cool, What is it for you? Let this settle you, Let this expand in your body, This is the medicine, This is the work, And lastly as you expand in this image, This feeling, This thought that is evoked from your memory of the feeling behind your desire, We're going to notice what positive sensation is occurring in your body when you rest in this image, Feeling and thought, So just notice your body, How do you know you're in this image, Feeling and thought, Ah, My shoulders relax, Ah, There's a loosening in my belly, Or my hips are tingly, My feet are soft, I breathe better, I'm crying relief, Just notice, Just notice what's here, Let your brain clock what you're noticing, It happens automatically, And just breathe into this creation of yours, We call it sifting, Sensation, Image, Feeling, Thought, We have this amazing capacity to feel something before it comes into form, Unconditional, A state of being and then the outside meets us there, So it can kind of feel funny if we're not used to it, The more we breathe and expand in this, We get used to receiving new information, New experiences, Just breathe and let this expand, And if this experience had a color, What would it be, What would the color of this desire be, Could be confetti cake colored, Gold, Yellow, Rainbow, Let that color expand through your whole body, Going two feet around you as if you are this frequency, You are this desire, Emanating out to the universe, I am an energetic match for this, Just breathe and expand, Soften into it, And as you rest in this space for a few breaths, This is the practice, What is my desire, Let me intend it and choose it, Let me clear that which is in between me and it by offering it love, And in the space that is left, Let me realign my nervous system with the desire of my heart, The feeling state of the desire is the most important part, Coming back to this practice each time a new desire arises that you wish to rapidly call into your life, Magnetizing, Aligning, Manifesting the desires of your heart so that your life becomes a reflection of your soul's truest, Authentic, Shiny expression, Just rest in this state as long as you desire, Repress play again with a new desire, Have fun, Create magic, And I will see you in the next meditation, All my love.
