Passionate about the mental health benefits of meditation, she helps children and adults connect their mind, body, and heart space. Holding a teaching degree and a post-graduate certificate in counselling, Jacquie is interested in Internal Family Systems therapy, developmental trauma research, and supporting parents with ADHD. She is also fascinated by how personality frameworks, such as the Enneagram, influence relationships and self-awareness. Jacquie is an Enneagram 4 and an ENFP Myers Briggs personality. Jacquie is a teacher, admin assistant, writer, and salty snack lover, as well as an ADHDer (diagnosed at 41) and mum of three.
