Good evening.
This intention for this frequency is to help you,
Guide you into a calm state for a good night's rest,
For a peaceful sleep.
I invite you to open your heart and feel and listen to the melodies of the light language with your body.
Exhale.
Relax the hips,
All the way down to the toes.
Exhale out again.
Relax the belly and the lower back.
Allow your natural inhalation to be soft.
Breathe into the space between your shoulder blades,
The back of your heart.
As you exhale out,
Relaxing the shoulders down the arms and into the fingertips.
Exhale out completely.
Allow the natural inhalation to occur and be soft.
Unclench the jaw,
Relax the neck.
Soften the eyes and the scalp.
With each breath out,
Feel the body soften and relax a little bit more into your bed.
Breathing out.
Breathing in.
Exhale out.
Breathing in.
Exhale out.
