Welcome to Love Language Meditation.
Today we'll be focusing on clearing the body and the energetic bodies.
I invite you to lay down or find a comfortable seated position and listen with an open heart and an open mind.
As I channel and speak light language I'd like you to focus on hearing,
Feeling from the heart space as there is no direct translation in the earthly language that your heart and soul will understand.
Listen to the sounds as melodies of the soul.
Take a deep breath in,
Slow exhale out.
Feel yourself be in your body.
Feel the air as it touches your skin.
Feel the places of your body that touches the chair or the bed that you are on.
Remaining that connection with your body as you expand your awareness.
Take a deep breath in,
Slow exhale.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Listen to the sounds as melodies of the soul.
And feel and perhaps hear the rhythm of your heartbeat.
As the breath slows down,
The pace of the heart,
Your pulse slows down.
Tune into this for a little bit.
And then shift our awareness to the bones of our body,
To the spaces between the bones.
Listen to the sounds as melodies of the soul.
And slowly bring your awareness to your organs on what you need to do and how you need to feel,
But just sending it love and light.
And you may shift from organ to organ.
You can feel if you have the ability to focus on all the organs at once.
Take a deep breath in and breathing out.
And bring awareness to the flesh of your body.
Perhaps there's tension in the shoulders,
In the back,
The hips.
Just focus on this area,
Sending it light and love.
Take a deep breath in,
Slow breath out.
Shift your awareness now to your circulation,
To your blood circulation that moves all around the body.
And your lymphatic system that also moves all around the body.
And then shift your awareness to the bones of your body.
Let's shift our awareness now to the energies of the unseen,
Our chi,
Our prana.
To the meridians in the body,
Or the nadis.
Too many to mention as there's 72,
000 nadis.
Just feel this movement in the body that occurs.
And then shift your awareness to the meridians in the body.
And then shift your awareness to the meridians in the body.
And then shifting now your awareness to our chakras,
Our energy centers.
And we'll work on the main,
We'll focus on the main energy centers.
Down to the root chakra,
Near the tailbone.
And shifting our awareness to the sacral.
Just below the belly button.
And slowly moving our awareness up to the solar plexus,
Above the belly button.
And take a deep breath in.
A slow exhale.
And then moving our awareness to our heart center.
And if you like you can place your left hand here on the sternum,
The heart center.
And then moving our awareness to the left side of the heart.
And take a deep breath in.
A slow exhale out.
Let's move our awareness up to our throat.
And slowly moving our awareness up to our third eye center,
That space between the eyebrows.
And then slowly moving our awareness.
And slowly moving that awareness to our crown chakra.
And very slowly shift your awareness back to your heart center now.
Take a deep breath in,
Big exhale out.
And feel and see this light shining in the heart space.
And as you exhale it expands.
As you inhale it becomes brighter and brighter.
As you exhale your whole body is filled with this light.
As you breathe,
Allow it to expand beyond the body now.
Allow the light language,
The love language to open and expand.
Feel it as a melody.
Really feel it expand beyond the body.
Moving out 360 degrees.
Out through the feet connecting to Mother Earth.
Up towards the sky,
Towards the rest of the universe.
Connecting with the sun energy.
And as we reach out with our energetic bodies,
Connecting with nature all around.
And feeling that connection that we are one.
You are love.
You are loved.
Take a deep breath in.
Slow breath out.
And again deep breath in.
And a big sigh out.
If you are lying down,
Wriggle the toes and fingers and then roll to your side to come up to seated.
If you are already sitting up,
Wriggle your toes,
Wriggle your fingers.
Once seated,
Perhaps circle the head one way,
Circle the other.
Circle the shoulders back.
And take a deep breath in.
Slow exhale out.
May your day and evenings and every moment be filled with love,
Joy and gratitude.
