Open your heart and just listen with your heart and feel.
The intention for today is to help calm the nervous system and surrender to trust.
Even though at times it may feel difficult in the crux of it all,
Take this time to breathe and help you increase the frequencies in your body,
In your light body to help you on your journey.
Take a deep breath in and feel the breath in the prana move through you.
Exhale out.
Sakata katha Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Do not worry about what it means.
