Find a comfortable seated position or perhaps lay down somewhere quiet.
Today we will be focusing on the vibration and the frequencies of reset.
Resetting our bodies,
Resetting our energy,
Resetting our mind space.
Anytime we get thrown off kilter,
Our expectations unmet.
Our plans not following through when our fight or flight response is activated.
Let's take this moment to listen to this channeled meditation.
You may listen to this as many times as you like.
Allow the body to feel the melodies.
Anytime the mind tries to figure out what it means.
Just send it love and then shift your awareness back into your heart space.
Take a deep breath in.
Slow breath out.
Bringing your awareness back into your body.
Take a deep breath in.
Breathing out,
Feel the breath moving down the body,
Down the legs into your feet.
And out into Mother Gaia,
Into earth.
And then your next inhale,
Feel like you're breathing in,
Feeling the energy of Gaia moving up your feet into your legs,
Into your hips,
All the way up into your heart space.
And feel the energy of Gaia moving in your heart space,
Swirling and feeling completely supported by earth.
Take a deep breath in.
Slow breath out.
From here,
Feel this awareness shift up through the crown of your head all the way up into outer space,
Into the sun.
And then as you breathe in,
Feeling the sun's energy,
The sun's light moving down through the crown of your head,
Through your throat space and down into your heart.
Feeling the light of the sun swirling in your heart space with the energy of Gaia in your heart.
Let it swirl here in your heart space.
And as you breathe in,
Feel this light swirling in your heart expand.
And with every breath expanding more and more.
Filling the rest of your body,
Moving out.
Filling the arms and legs.
Filling the organs,
Tissues,
Bones.
You are supported.
You are loved.
Feel this light expanding beyond your body now.
From your heart out,
Beyond your body,
Beyond your physical body.
Let it be here in your heart space.
Allow yourself to feel the feeling of surrender.
Surrendering to the flow of life.
And coming back.
And always reconnecting to your heart space.
And as you breathe in,
Feel this light swirling in your heart space.
And as you breathe out,
Feel this light swirling in your heart space.
Deep breath in.
Slow breath out.
This time deep breath in through your nose.
And open out through your mouth.
