I invite you today before you start your day to just take a few deep breaths.
Take your breaths into your body.
Allow your exhale to be longer than your inhale.
And feel,
Listen with an open heart and open mind.
And feel the frequencies to help you through your day.
That it may be filled with joy,
Love and light.
With ease and grace.
Feel the melodies in your heart.
Let the light expand from your heart.
Down your arms into your legs.
And into your brain.
That you can move from an integrated space.
Take a deep breath in.
Exhale out,
Wriggle the toes and the fingers.
And again,
Take a deep breath in.
Exhale out.
And with your right hand,
Just gently tap your sternum up and down the sternum.
Just keep tapping up and down.
And then from here,
Take your left hand and place it on your sternum.
Right hand over the top.
Deep breath in and a big sigh out.
