Today we're feeling and receiving and expanding the feeling of gratitude.
Expanding the light of gratitude.
Filling ourselves up.
Take a deep breath in.
Breathing out.
As you listen to my words I would like you to feel the vibrations of the sound.
Listen and feel with your heart.
Avoid trying to figure out what it means.
Just feel the frequencies.
Take time to feel yourself in your body.

Think of everything that you can think of that you are grateful for.
I'm grateful for my feelings.
I'm grateful for breathing.
I'm grateful for my pillow.
I'm grateful for the trees.
I'm grateful for the sun.
I'm grateful for the moon.
I'm grateful for my feet.
Even the most random things that you can think of.
And when you start feeling doubt,
Frustration,
Thank it.
Thank you for feeling frustration.
Thank you for this thought.
