Welcome to Love Language Meditation.
Today we will be focusing on releasing self-doubt.
I will be helping us tune into the frequencies and the vibrations of releasing self-doubt.
Everything in the universe,
From words to sounds to thoughts,
Is a frequency of some sort.
So as you listen and feel the sounds of light language,
I invite you to feel the light language as melodies in yourselves.
Let's take a deep breath in.
Slow exhale out.
And either lay down or sit up.
Be sensitive to the life force energy that moves in and around your body.
Deep breath in and breath out.
Allow yourself to be in your body as feelings arise.
Feel them in your body without getting caught up into the meaning of anything.
Just feeling whether it's heat,
Pressure.
Watch it move through you.
Allow the light language to transmute and dissolve those feelings that may feel uncomfortable.
And take a deep breath in.
Slow breath out again.
And again.
And again.
And again.
And again.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
And this self-doubt,
Wherever that source began from.
If you do know,
Send that moment in time,
Love,
Compassion.
And then send that love inwards.
And send that love into your heart.
And sometimes that self-doubt holds us back.
Back from moving forwards.
Even though we understand the moments around this self-doubt.
It's being able to feel in our bodies as well as our minds.
And our heart.
That we are worthy.
We are love.
Take a deep breath in.
Breathing out.
And again.
And again.
Feeling and feeling the heart full of love and trust.
And these frequencies of love and trust help dissolve and release those frequencies of self-doubt.
And again.
And again.
Big breath in.
Exhale out.
Wriggle the toes and fingers to come back completely into your body.
And still feeling those frequencies vibrating and glowing in your heart space.
And with all parts of your body.
You may listen to this transmission as many times as you like until you actually feel it,
Embodied it.
