Otherwise known as Nadi Shodhana.
This breath can help balance the left and right hemispheres of the brain.
Rebalance the meridians that flow in your body,
Your energy lines.
With your right hand,
Just tuck in the two piece fingers,
Your pointy finger and middle finger.
With your right thumb,
Let it rest on the cartilage and the last two fingers rest on the left side of the cartilage.
Exhale out completely,
Block the right,
Inhale through the left nostril.
Nice and slow,
Block the left,
Exhale through the right.
Inhale right,
Block the right,
Exhale left nostril.
Inhale through the left,
Block the left,
Exhale right.
Inhale right,
Block the right nostril,
Exhale left.
