Inner Power practise was a short one but it also delivers a powerful sensation throughout my BE-ing as I felt grounded with Mother Earth as soon as I did a quick body scan. The breathing helped to release any of my thoughts with my exhale.
I very much felt relaxed and calm listening to the gentle guidance.
