A quick reminder of the power that dwells within your being.

Sit in any comfortable meditative posture. Maintain a nice straight back. Expand your chest. Roll your shoulders back. Place hands on your knees. Roll palms facing up if you wish to lay down for this practice. Gently close your eyes and mouth. Let's start by taking a nice long deep breath in through the nose and out through the nose. Start to take in some long deep conscious breaths for the next few moments. Feel the relaxation starting to take place. Feel your body. Scan your body from head to toe. What does your body feel like? Stay in this sensation. Where are you before a thought appears? Where are you after a thought disappears? Thoughts appear in your field of awareness. They come and they go. You cannot be something you witness. You are the perceiver. When you value thoughts, You give your power to thoughts. Only give your attention and value to thoughts that serve your being. Righteous thoughts. Inspiring thoughts. Loving thoughts. Thoughts that move your being. You are the gatekeeper of your thoughts. Now embrace this silence and only stay in a state of observation. Do not allow thoughts to take your attention. Now repeat after me. I am joy. I am strength. I am love. I am peace. I am great. I am. Only pay attention to thoughts that deserve your being. Now just focus back on your breath. Allow the peaceful sensations to spread throughout your body with each breath. Namaste.

Inner Power practise was a short one but it also delivers a powerful sensation throughout my BE-ing as I felt grounded with Mother Earth as soon as I did a quick body scan. The breathing helped to release any of my thoughts with my exhale. I very much felt relaxed and calm listening to the gentle guidance. The nice, short and strong impact is what I gained from practising this little number. Thank you Stressfit🙏🏻🔆🧘♀️✨
