Cosmic Peace - Talk & Heart Meditation

The dance of life on earth can be filled with many joys. It can also bring many sorrows, which leave hurt inside of us. If we spend time with these hurt places to bring them love, it is possible to heal. This meditation is meant to bring healing to the heart, to the heart space. Through this journey, we will reconnect our body, mind, and spirit with our soul so that they might live in unison together. Special thanks to Chris Collins and Carmen Ng for their beautiful music.

Thank you for joining me today,

And I'd like to share a short introduction about this piece,

Cosmic Peace.

The dance of life on Earth can sometimes be filled with joy and sorrow and happiness and grace and pain,

And from those places of pain create hurt within us.

The hurt can come from what has happened in the past,

As well as what we think might be a possible future outcome as well.

By living in this moment now,

Today,

Being present with who you are,

We can bring healing to ourselves and to our hearts in this moment by giving us space inside of ourselves that allows our wings to fly instead of chains that bind.

The intention of this peace is to bring healing to your heart by connecting your heart,

Your soul,

Your mind,

And your body together as one,

And I hope you enjoy it.

As the day shifted into night the twilight brought a door into the stars to open.

Through the doorway you step.

Into a boundless sky of stars.

The darkness of the night surrounding you.

The stars sparkling all around you.

Holding you,

A lightness fills you from the inside.

This connection with the stars.

The magic.
