Angel Reiki Session - A Healing For Our Hearts

Join me for this Angelic Reiki Session. This session is a healing for our hearts. In this guided visualisation, we will be joined by the energy of Archangel Metatron. This session carries the Reiki Energy from the Angelic Realm within the session. We will focus on the heart to bring comfort and peace. The energy received from this session will continue to move with you throughout your day. (Note: The energy work I do in connection with the Archangels is spiritually based.)

Hi,

Thank you so much for joining me today for this guided,

Angelic reiki practice.

I'm grateful you're here.

Today we will be focusing on tending the energy of our heart space,

The energy of that from which we live by.

In his book,

Onamkara by John O'Donohue,

He shares that Onamkara is the Irish Celtic practice of gaining wisdom by connecting with your soul friend.

And your soul friend can be another person but often is also that relationship that you have with yourself.

I'd like to read this quote by John O'Donohue from his book to move us into this reiki practice today.

You can never love another person unless you are equally involved in the beautiful but difficult spiritual work of learning to love yourself.

There is within each of us at the soul level an enriching fountain of love.

In other words,

You do not have to go outside of yourself to know what love is.

This is not selfishness.

Rather,

This is the wellspring of love within the heart.

Through their need for love,

People who lead solitary lives often stumble upon this great fountain.

They learn to whisper awake the deep well of love within.

This is not a question of forcing yourself to love yourself.

It is more a question of exercising reserve,

Of inviting the wellspring of love that is,

After all your deepest nature to flow through your life.

And when this happens,

The ground that has hardened within you grows soft again.

Through a lack of love,

Everything hardens.

There is nothing as lonely in this world as that which has hardened or grown cold.

Bitterness and coldness are the ultimate defeat.

To be holy is to be home,

To be able to rest in the house of belonging that we call the soul.

And with John O'Donohue's words,

We now move into our guided angelic reiki practice of the heart.

My intention is that this light from this practice help soften your heart,

Allowing energy to flow through it and allowing you to find that home within your heart that is a space of love and kindness and gratitude for exactly who you are.

I'll now have you move into a space of receiving,

Either seated or lying down.

And as you move into this space,

Connecting with your breath,

Allowing the energy to move up through your body completely and fully and exhaling,

Allowing that breath to move through your entire body until it exits your feet and connects with the earth beneath you.

And from this grounded place,

I'll have you close your eyes.

I'll have you imagine opening your eyes and imagine yourself standing in a vast open field of grass.

The sky overhead is cloudless.

No trees are in this field.

Just a beautiful waving hill of grass up to your knees.

Your feet touch the earth and you feel the warmth from the sun heating the earth below you as your feet connect to this space.

You look around,

Taking in this whole field,

Taking in the sky and the feeling of the wind on your skin.

And as you breathe in this space,

In through your body and exhale,

You realize that you are standing in the area that is your heart.

This field of grass.

And now as you look around this area,

Realizing you stand within your heart space,

You begin to survey the land.

You see what areas of your heart have become overgrown with weeds?

Where are there patches of no growth?

Where are areas that feel lost or forgotten?

Take a look now in this space that is your heart.

And as you survey the land,

This land inside your heart,

Archangel Metatron now joins you in this field of grass,

Walking beside you as the winged Pegasus of Strength.

He gently bends down and kneels,

Asking you to climb upon his back.

And as you do,

You feel the strength of him moving through you and supporting you in this space.

That you walk the area of your heart joined by this beautiful Archangel of Light.

You step through every inch of grass and dirt,

Taking it all in.

And as you do,

You remember the joys that you have experienced,

The sorrow that you have felt.

You feel the areas of accomplishment and you feel the areas of loss or grief.

All of these together making up the landscape of your heart.

And with every step you take,

Archangel Metatron,

This beautiful Pegasus of Light,

Supports you in holding memory of these spaces that make up who you are.

You feel the light of Archangel Metatron not only moving up through your body,

But also out through his legs.

This winged Pegasus of Light.

And with each step that he takes moving through your heart space,

He sends his light down into the earth to bless and heal it.

And as you continue to walk together through this field,

You turn and look back at all the spaces in which you have stepped.

And in any of the spaces that have felt empty or broken or overgrown,

In place now is a field of beautiful regrown light grass waving beautifully in the wind.

And as the light from Archangel Metatron touches all these spaces,

It leaves an iridescent rainbow of light around the whole field glowing brightly,

Allowing this healing to move through all spaces of your heart.

You take a deep breath in of gratitude at knowing that you have this friend,

This Archangel of Light to walk with you through all of these spaces that hold the memories of your life.

In this next moment,

Allow yourself and your connection with Archangel Metatron as this beautiful Pegasus of Light to continue to move across your heart as we move into a moment of silence where you may continue to receive his angelic Reiki blessing,

Not only through your physical body,

But also through the energetic space of your heart.

And may you receive this blessing of light now.

And I'll have you take a deep breath in,

Breathing in this energy of light and exhaling.

You and Archangel Metatron now stand back in the center of the field from which you first began,

The center of your heart.

He gently kneels down and lets you step off the side back onto the earth.

As your feet touch the ground,

You see Archangel Metatron shift out of his form of Pegasus and back into the form of his Angelic Self.

His glimmering body of light surrounding you completely in this moment.

And now he stands to your side and places one hand over the front of your heart space and one hand on the back and holds your heart in his hands and gently begins to move this energy of light through your physical heart,

Through your energetic heart,

Carrying this light to surround it,

Protect it,

Heal it,

And love it.

Allow this radiant energy of light to continue to surround your heart in this next moment of silence as you receive this loving Reiki energy.

And take a deep breath in and exhale.

Archangel Metatron now surrounds you completely with his wings,

Hugging you,

Grateful that you have joined him today.

In this moment now,

You thank him in return for being present for you,

For your heart.

And as his wings open back up,

He's transformed once more into this Pegasus of light and he gently leaves the field and takes to the sky.

And now you begin to survey the land that is your heart once more from this new space,

Grateful to be here inside your heart,

To feel all that it has gone through and taught you and grateful for the new experiences that you can open up to.

In your imagination,

You sit back down in this beautiful tall field of green grass,

Crossing your legs and closing your eyes and feeling the beautiful breeze touching your skin.

And inhaling once more from this place of renewed energy,

And exhaling back into the earth beneath you.

And gratitude and loving kindness fill your heart as you open to exploring that which makes you wholly yourself.

All of these experiences inform who you are.

And from this place of renewal and healing,

May you always enjoy coming back home to your heart,

Taking a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Coming back to this moment now with me,

Opening your eyes,

Coming back into the present moment.

And may you know that this reiki energy,

This angelic blessing of light will continue to surround you throughout your day.
