Ho'oponopono - Hawaiian Song Of Forgiveness

Ho'oponopono is a Hawaiian prayer for healing and forgiveness. It can be spoken or sung with the intention of finding forgivness for ourselves or forgiveness with another person or situation that we are having difficulty with. The practice is about seeing that the other person or situation can also be a reflection of the shadow we, ourselves, may carry inside of us and to offer forgiveness to another regardeless of who may be at fault honors that we all have a shadow side.
