This meditation with a body scan brings the awareness to your body so that you can release blocked energy and emotions that aren't yours, you can liberate your body from tension and contraction and feel liberated and light. With grounding you recharge your body and feel complete, whole and strong in your center.

Hello everyone here on a Wednesday meditation.

I am really happy to sit down for a moment and to meditate.

I hope you can also have this luxury to take time for yourself to sit,

To connect with yourself.

Even if it is just a few minutes a day to connect with your breath,

To come back to your own energy.

I think there is a lot of energy around us and we have to be careful that we don't tap into other people's energy.

Especially don't take it on.

This is why today my topic is about releasing energy and recharging ourself.

If you are here you are welcome to meditate now with me or if you want to meditate later or evening of course you are welcome to do so.

I invite you to find a comfortable seat.

Find your spine straight and your shoulders relaxed.

Take a moment to settle in.

Settle into your body.

Just come in and connect with your breath.

The breath helps us to connect with our body and our mind and can help us to bring union between the body and the mind.

For now just observe your breath.

If you already can feel changes in your body and in your mind just by being aware of the breath.

Observe where you feel the breath.

The switch body part.

Are you connecting now through your breath?

If you feel the inhalation in the chest connect with your chest.

If you feel the inhalation in your shoulders connect with your shoulders.

Wherever you feel the breath feel the connection with yourself.

Be aware now of the energy in your breath.

What's the quality of your breath?

Just observe for a moment without judging,

Without detaching.

Let's bring the awareness to the energy of the physical body.

Start at the top of the head.

Just observe the energy right now.

Is it fuzzy?

What is going on around your head,

In your head?

What's the quality of the energy?

Bring the awareness,

The energy in your throat,

In your neck.

Does it feel stuck?

How is it open?

Then feel into your shoulders and your arms.

Do you feel energy moving?

How is it right now feeling your arms and your hands and your fingers?

Bring the awareness to your upper chest and the upper back.

To the belly and the lower back.

Feel the energy in your hips.

Maybe you were sitting all day long.

Does it feel contracted,

Tense?

Feel the energy in your legs,

In your knees,

In your calves.

Bring the awareness to your feet.

What is the energy like in your feet and in your toes?

What word could describe your energy right now in your body?

Or what colour?

Maybe there's a song that describes your energy better.

Just feel into it and be aware.

Now,

Be aware if this is really your energy or if you're carrying energy from other people,

From family members,

From colleagues.

Maybe from a meeting or discussion.

What energy is still in you and around you?

What do you feel?

Maybe you have received bad news.

Is this energy still inside of you?

What if you could allow yourself now to let go of the energy that isn't yours?

What if you could allow yourself to liberate energy that isn't yours?

Maybe now you already feel a shift by knowing you could let go of energy.

I invite you to imagine now,

Clearing the energy.

You can visualise being in a shower.

You take a shower of bright white light.

Bright white light is showering by the top of your head,

Over your head,

Over your shoulders,

Over your arms,

Over the whole body and clearing your energy field.

You can also use your hands and clear by clearing the aura around you.

To feel more in your hands,

You can rub your hands first.

And then go with your hands around your body.

Imagine you clear the energy field around you.

Or you just visualise the shower and let it all happen.

You have nothing to do.

Just allowing yourself to cut the energy,

To clear the energy field around you.

Just be aware of the shift.

You can come back to the breath for a moment.

See if the breath has changed as well.

See if you can straighten your spine a little bit longer.

The spine feels clearer.

Maybe you can let go of your shoulder blades because the energy is clear around that area.

Take a few more deep breaths and allow yourself to feel uplifting energy.

Still allowing yourself to cleanse and to let go of energy that isn't yours.

Take another deep breath.

If you want to,

You can sigh out loud and release even more energy.

One or two more times.

You really feel cleansed,

Pure.

Bring awareness to your heart.

Feel if your heart inside feels pure.

If not,

You can also send bright light into your heart.

Cleanse the inside.

Let go of energy from your heart which isn't yours.

Maybe you carry emotions for somebody else.

You can let go of that.

Allowing yourself letting go of sadness that you carry for other people who are sad.

Turn these emotions into kindness,

Into compassion.

Now I invite you to create a grounding cord.

Make it really big.

The size of a tree trunk even bigger.

You can use this grounding cord first to release even more energy.

Releasing even more tension that is unnecessary.

And now when you feel cleared,

Use the grounding cord to really tap deep into the earth.

Tap into the center of the earth.

Feel the power of the earth.

Allow yourself to tap into this power,

Into the connection.

And now with your breath,

You can recharge your body by breathing up energy from the earth up into your heart space.

With an excavation,

Energize each cell of your body.

Inhale,

Breathe the powerful energy from the earth up into your body,

Into your heart space.

Next,

Recharge each cell of your body.

Use your breath.

Breathing in powerful earth energy up into your body.

Exhaling,

Recharge each cell of your body.

Continue with this process,

Recharging yourself.

And send this energy from the earth into your joints.

Feel more space in your joints.

You will feel more liberated,

More free.

Whatever you need,

You can breathe it up from the earth.

You can breathe up trust.

Recharge your body with trust.

You can breathe up peace.

Recharge your body with peace.

Breathe up love.

Recharge your body,

Each cell of your body with love.

Whatever you need,

Recharge yourself.

Be aware again how it feels like just feeling your own energy.

How effortlessly you can be yourself then.

Again take a deep breath from the earth up into your body.

Exhale.

Be aware of the shift that you have created with this short meditation.

Be aware that you can do this anytime,

That you have the permission to recharge yourself and to free yourself from energy that isn't yours.

You have permission to be you.

To be you without effort.

To be you with love.

To be you with peace.

To be you being safe.

We can close this meditation with a mantra.

I am safe.

I am love.

I am peace.

Whenever you are ready you can open your eyes.
