Good morning and many many blessings on this wonderful new day that has dawned.
Each day is not just a new day,
It's a new opportunity to experience the happiness and the peace and the good feelings and the blessings and the joys that life is trying to give us.
And so if you're ready to experience newness in a wonderful new day,
In a wonderful new life,
Then take a few nice deep breaths and ground into the core of your being as you breathe.
Just becoming aware of the essence,
The silent presence that you are underneath and behind the mind,
Behind the body is the core of yourself.
A being of light.
Like a shining star shining bright in the centre of your forehead,
The presence,
The living being that goes through life,
Experiences life moment by moment.
And as you breathe,
As you let go of the past,
As you allow your memories that no longer serve you to disappear out of sight,
Out of mind,
In the breath,
You come into the good feelings,
The excitement,
The joy,
The sense of wonder and freedom that you maybe had as a child when you felt the best in your life,
Whenever that was,
That you felt wonderful,
That you felt excited,
That you enjoyed being alive.
Remember those feelings of excitement,
Of enjoyment,
Of looking forward to the newness of life,
To being free.
Who would you be if you were just the good feelings within yourself?
If you always felt those natural happy feelings,
If you always felt optimistic and open and receptive to the blessings of life,
The joys of life,
The potential that you have,
If you experienced being your higher self,
The happy you,
The excited you,
Who would you be today?
How good would that feel as you go about your day in that state?
Just allow yourself to walk through your day in that state,
The happy you,
The excited you,
The free you.
The person you want to be is the person you really are as you allow yourself to smile and breathe and just see yourself in this new way,
Feel how it feels as you carry your good feelings into your day.
As any challenges just wash over you as if the whole thing is a game,
Everything is a game,
The whole thing,
The whole of life is a game and you enjoy the game.
You send good feelings to your body for your health,
Wherever your body needs support,
Just sending good feelings to your body so your body can be in great health and just healing,
Smiling and allow yourself to imagine being ten times happier than normal and your biggest problem is how are you going to manage feeling so good,
How are you going to contain your good feelings and even if you try and stop it people will notice that you are happier than normal and you feel more bubbly,
More excited,
More free,
You just don't care what others think,
You just enjoy being in those good feelings and you notice all those good feelings flowing through your whole body.
Even against your conscious wish the good feelings start to flow more and more,
As you notice a little smile,
Start feeling a little bit better,
As you relax into being your happy natural self.
You ask yourself,
Am I willing to let go of the past,
Am I willing to feel the good feelings fully as I breathe and go about the day to day activities,
And as you breathe allowing those feelings to increase slowly and gently naturally.
Your life is a game and you are the master,
The hero actor of your own life and this is your game and as you choose to let go of the past,
Let go of inhibitions,
Let go of worries,
You start to naturally,
Easily and organically feel relief,
Calming peace,
Calming peace and a sense of gentle ease,
This today is a good day,
It's a wonderful day,
Today is a blessed day.
And just consider how today will be a blessed day for you,
In what way are you going to make it a blessed day,
A good day,
Becoming the new you,
Your real self,
As that old self,
The old past you disappears even from your memory and you naturally become the loving,
Happy,
Free,
Entertaining,
Enjoying being that you really are.
You can try and stop it but you notice a little smile coming on your face as you start to feel tickled by those good feelings.
Who would you be if you were ten times or a hundred times happier than normal?
How would your life feel if you felt free and light as you went about your day,
As you breathe and feel those feelings and start to feel excited to just wander around and enjoy being in this new state and enjoying your life from that place of freedom,
That I am a being of light,
I am free,
I've come down into this world just for a short time,
Just to enjoy the wonders of this planet.
Giving thanks,
Giving praise,
Holding that vision that today is definitely a great day,
You definitely are this happy,
Natural being and all the other stuff fades away as you become that supercharged,
Liberated,
Wonderful being that you really are.
Giving thanks to yourself that you are here,
You have this opportunity and you are going to enjoy more and more those good feelings,
Those good opportunities,
Those moments of happiness,
More and more and more as you notice the wonder of life,
The smiles of someone,
The twinkle in someone's eye,
The leaves being rustled in the wind,
The tiny little things that you notice as you go through your day in this state of wonder that make life feel rich and enjoyable and you cherish,
Cherish those moments as they make you even happier,
More content and naturally at peace.
You are safe,
You are secure and you are free.
