Feeling loved meditation.
Sit or lie down and close your eyes.
Make sure that you're comfortable.
Then you go with your attention to your breath.
Just observe the breath.
Just observe how your breath is in this moment.
If you feel that it's still a little high,
You can place a hand on your belly to help your breath get deeper.
When you're lying or sitting like this,
You feel that you become calmer and more and more relaxed.
Breathe slowly and deeply,
Feeling more and more relaxed.
Now imagine that you're walking on a trail in the forest.
With every step you take,
You feel more grounded and more and more relaxed.
When you feel your feet touching the earth,
You feel how connected you are to nature and to Mother Earth.
Slowly and peacefully,
You keep walking on the trail,
Feeling more and more relaxed.
Take a deep breath and continue walking,
Feeling more and more grounded and more and more relaxed.
You look around at beautiful trees and you deeply feel the appreciation for all this beauty.
Keep breathing deeply and slowly,
Walking calmly and peacefully,
Connecting to nature and to the earth.
Walking like this,
You feel the warm and loving energy of the trees surrounding you.
It's almost as if they are hugging you.
It makes you feel loved.
Loved by the trees.
Loved by nature.
Loved.
Suddenly,
You see a little bird flying in front of you.
You feel like following this lovely little bird and so you do.
The bird flies deeper and deeper into the forest.
You keep following it,
Going deeper and deeper into the forest.
You notice that the deeper you go,
The more you feel the loving energy of the trees.
You keep going deeper and deeper into the forest.
Until you arrive in the middle of the forest.
It's like the beating heart of the forest.
The love you feel there is so strong,
So powerful.
You sit down to feel this love.
And you open your heart to receive it.
You feel the love filling your heart.
Filling your body.
Filling your energy.
You are completely filled with this feeling and energy of love.
You feel so loved.
You stay like this for a while,
Enjoying the warmth of all this love.
Enjoying the loving feeling.
Enjoying feeling loved.
Then you walk back on the trail.
Walking on the trail you realize that by going deeper and deeper into the forest,
You also went deeper and deeper inside yourself.
And the love that you found in the beating heart of the forest is the love that is inside of you.
You are this love.
You are love.
You are loved.
Now take this feeling of love with you.
And when you are ready,
You can slowly come back to the here and now.
Back to the place where you are lying or sitting.
Slowly you start moving a little.
And when you are ready,
You open your eyes.
