Would you like to focus and concentrate better? In this practice, Kevin combines the use of contemplative questions to invite a deep level of thought and introspection, positive affirmations, to evoke a strong sense of joyful contentment, and breathing exercises, to enter a calm and present state of being. In doing so, we allow ourselves the opportunity to better focus on any task at hand, at any point in time.
