Danielle has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and practicing for more than 20. She is passionate about helping you slow down, become present and reconnect to yourself, especially if you’ve spent decades focusing on career and/or family and you’re ready to prioritise your own needs. Danielle teaches her students to recognise that we all have unique bodies, preferences and strengths, and that our practices should honour who we are and what we need in the moment. Really excellent to see the connection between yoga and science. I read Dan Siegel’s “Mindsight” and “The Mindful Therapist” many years ago—both of which were so impactful at the time. I loved revisiting the “window of tolerance” concept especially as I can connect through yoga. Thank you and well done!
