Dali is an accredited Meditation Teacher with the British School of Meditation. Born in the North East of England, now calling London home, Dali’s practice is to focus on removing the barriers, obstacles and distractions that stand in the way of peace, calm and presence in day-to-day life. Through his guided meditations and live sessions, he will teach you the techniques that he uses to keep stress and anxiety at bay whilst ensuring that happiness and peace are easier to come by. Thank you this was incredibly helpful. The situation that came forward in the meditation allowed the attachment to be revealed. The need to be right. As I let go of the attachment to being right. As I let go of the need to be right, I am reducing my suffering. 💚
