Welcome! I'm Katie, a true believer that inner peace, clarity, and calm are more accessible than we're often led to believe. Sometimes we just need a little support finding our way back. I love supporting people in learning how to safely slow down, make space for deeper presence, reconnect with and regain trust in their bodies, and experience felt sense of freedom and calm within. I'm a licensed psychotherapist with 20 years of experience and a trained mindfulness meditation teacher. My work blends EMDR, somatic and nervous system awareness (informed by Somatic Experiencing), and compassionate existential self-inquiry, supporting people through anxiety, stress, burnout, grief, chronic pain, and the many complexities of being human. I'm also a fellow traveler on this path, still learning, unlearning, and integrating alongside you. I host two monthly live community practices, Pause for Presence and Somatic Sangha, and offer courses on Insight Timer, including The Body Is the Way, with a new course coming very soon.
