Boundaries Start With Energy
Sometimes it's not about controlling the actions of others. This lesson will be about how our energetic boundaries may speak before we do and how to strengthen them.

We can naturally reduce stress. Today you will discover an acupressure point that helps you with healing and letting go of emotions that no longer serve you.
