Lezione 1
Identifying Limiting Beliefs & Rewriting Them
Before we step into the guided meditation itself, it’s important to first identify the beliefs we want to
shift.
A limiting belief is any thought-pattern that holds you back. These usually sound like:
– It's too hard, too scary, too much.
– Oh I couldn't possibly do that, I'm not that kind of person.
– I’m always unlucky in love, nobody wants me.
– Money doesn't grow on trees, you have to work really hard for it.
– Bad things always happen to me, I'm unlucky.
Notice that these statements are absolute, heavy, and often negative. They don’t leave space for
possibility.
To change them, we first bring them into the light. Awareness is always the first step. You might
journal on this:
– “What do I deeply fear might be true about me?”
– “What do I tell myself when things go wrong?”
- "What does my inner voice sound like? A friend or an enemy?"
– “What patterns keep repeating in my life?”
– “Where do I feel stuck?”
– “What aspects of my life do I feel unhappy or unsatisfied with?”
Once you’ve uncovered a limiting belief, the next step is to rewrite it into a higher, positive focused
form. Here are some examples:
– Instead of It's too hard, too scary, too much → I am capable, courageous and blessed with a life
of love and abundance.
– Instead of I’m unlucky, things just don't work out for me → I am fortunate, prosperous and aligned with opportunities that support my growth and my highest good.
– Instead of Money doesn't grow on trees, you have to work really hard for it → Money flows to me
with ease as I follow my highest purpose, I always have more than enough. I trust in the universe to provide for me as I take aligned action.
Notice that each new belief is written in the positive, in the present tense, and as if it’s already true.
The subconscious mind doesn’t understand “not” or “someday.” It responds best to clear, direct,
affirmative language.
So as you prepare for the guided meditation, choose one belief you’d like to transform. Keep it
simple and powerful. This will be the seed we plant during the practice.

Guided Meditation/Belief Changing Technique
In this lesson, you will be guided through the full Belief Changing Technique meditation. This journey begins in a tranquil forest clearing surrounded by pine trees, where you are gently led down into the earth through a great tree. As you descend, you enter the subconscious mind and step into a sacred space where old limiting beliefs can be released and new empowering truths can be written in their place. Through this powerful visualization, you will plant positive beliefs, embody their energy, and return renewed with a deeper sense of freedom, harmony, and alignment.
