Have you ever noticed that in your dreams you often can't see you?
Have you noticed that often it's just the feeling of you?
Sometimes it may be the back of you and you recognise yourself,
But often they are images or shapes of other things,
Yet you know that they are you.
When we work with creative visualisation we have an opportunity to allow ourselves to start to really see who we are,
To turn ourselves around and face ourselves in our dreams.
Creative visualisation gives us a chance to fully place ourselves into the picture,
Into the dreams that we are creating,
So that we can see all that our life will be with us fully in the picture.

Otherwise find your space,
Take a seat or lay down and settle in.
Take a nice deep breath in and allow a long breath out to release.
Allow your feet to be even on the floor,
Your hips to be even in the chair or on the ground.
Release your shoulders back,
Soften your arms and loosen the fingers.
Taking another deep breath in,
Releasing with a beautiful sigh.
Simply feeling and watching the chest rise and fall and allowing yourself to soften,
To become lighter,
To fall deeper into your position.
Take a nice deep breath in and allow a long release of breath out.
Allow the feet to release,
Allow the legs to relax,
Soften the hips,
Stomach sinks down through the spine,
Shoulders release,
Soften the face.
Take a nice deep breath in and allow a long release out and now take yourself to your path,
A beautiful path you've created in your visualizations before and allow yourself to wander gently along the path.
As you're wandering along the path create your day.
Is it blue skies,
Are there clouds,
Is it rain?
Is it daytime,
Is it night time?
Are there trees,
Are there mountains,
Is there the ocean?
Create the scene of your beautiful path.
Taking a nice deep breath in and a long release out.
As you're walking along the path you can see your beautiful tree up ahead.
If you need to,
Walking over towards the tree to allow yourself to release any worries to your beautiful worry tree.
Continuing along your path you can see the great gate to your sacred space.
We're walking past there today.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Your path starts to come to a slight rise in the hill.
And at the top of the hill there is a staircase winding down.
Is it winding deeper down into a forest or to the ocean shore?
Is it winding into a field,
Allow yourself to slowly start to walk down the stairs.
Every step you're taking you're releasing your breath,
Taking in the scenery,
Creating a stronger visualization.
As you're walking down each step you're walking towards you.
You can feel the connection of you.
You can feel your energy.
As you're coming to the end of the stairs you see a figure,
A person standing at the bottom.
You know that it's you you are walking towards.
Can you start to make out your features?
What can you see?
Is this your body shape?
Is this your shadow and figure?
As you get closer you notice the color of the hair.
Is it the color you have now or past or one that you have wanted?
Is the style the same?
As you get closer features can be seen.
In your face,
Your shapes,
Drawing yourself closer towards you.
Who do you see?
Is it you?
Is it the real you?
Breathe it in,
Breathe it out.
What do you see?
What do you feel about seeing me there?
Does it just feel like you or is it actually you?
Taking a nice deep breath in,
Breathing it out.
As you come back to where you are in your body bring back with you the thoughts of who you found.
Who was there?
Who was the you that you discovered?
Did you see you?
