Many blessings and welcome to this guided meditation on bringing your mind to stillness,
Slowing down the speed of thoughts and coming back home to yourself and to the divine.
So we'll begin by simply taking several deep breaths,
Breathing in peace and breathing out deep relaxation,
Softening your body,
Melting any tension and relaxing into this moment.
Allowing each deep,
Nourishing breath to take you deeper and deeper into relaxation,
Into peace.
As your body softens,
So too your mind softens.
Let's go.
Relaxes.
And no matter what's going on out there in the outside world,
You're finding greater and greater stillness inside yourself.
You feel as though you're walking on a calm evening and you see a very still,
Peaceful lake and you feel,
I am like that lake.
My mind is like that lake,
Peaceful,
Still and calm.
And you feel your own mind becoming more and more relaxed.
And you're able to be aware of yourself,
The spiritual being,
The soul,
The being of silence and peace.
And as you're aware of yourself,
Your mind is also able to relax and it's like that still water.
And as you're aware of yourself,
Your mind is also able to relax and it's like that still water.
You give yourself permission to let go.
No need to hold on to anything in the past,
Stories,
Situations,
People,
Things.
Give yourself permission to release it,
To let go,
To be free in the stillness and silence of your being in this very moment.
You feel,
I the soul,
Am peace,
I am stillness,
I am light.
And I give my mind permission to let go of all of its worries and burdens so that I can rest in the deep beauty and peace of my own being,
My own self.
I realize how easy,
How simple it is to find this place of stillness,
To find this place of peace right here,
Right now,
In myself.
I feel that I'm able to go into my day,
Into my evening,
Relaxed,
Centered,
All is well and I the soul am free and I allow my mind to be free like that still lake,
Completely calm and completely at peace.
