Namaste and welcome to this guided meditation for preparing for a deeply peaceful sleep,

An evening meditation to clear and cleanse your mind for the day and drift into a calm,

Easy,

Renewing,

Peaceful sleep.

Then we'll just start by relaxing the body and taking several deep breaths.

As the breath flows in and out,

Softening and relaxing the muscles of your body,

Your shoulders,

Your neck,

Your belly,

Just allowing everything to relax.

As you breathe deeply and fully,

Bringing your attention inwards,

Away from the things And gently as you connect with your inner world,

Simply making a connection with the divine with a higher power,

A being,

A presence of love.

And just feeling a beautiful warmth,

Sweet warm connection,

Like a blanket of love,

Just coming upon you,

Comforting and surrounding you with peace.

And as you connect with this being,

Just breathing in this light and comfort on each breath in.

Feeling yourself surrounded by peace,

Surrounded by love,

Deeply held in the arms of the divine.

And you're just going to allow each out-breath to be a deep letting go of the things of the day,

And you just let it go,

The situations,

The relations,

The things unfinished.

And you just breathe out and let it go into the capable,

Powerful hands of the divine,

Of a higher power,

To hold for you,

To bring clarity to,

To heal.

So you're just letting all of it go as it's time for you,

The soul,

To rest.

The day is done and then tomorrow will bring a new day,

A new time to move forward with things,

Complete things and do things.

So you're just breathing in light and you're breathing out and just letting go of everything,

Letting go of it into the hands of the divine,

Into that one's presence,

Love,

Being.

So that tomorrow,

Whatever it is you need to pick back up,

Can be given back to you And so you're simply cleansing the slate of the mind,

Clearing the mind,

Resting the mind with the divine,

Letting everything go.

So you can simply rest peacefully,

Easily and have the peace of mind and knowing that whatever it is you'll pick back up tomorrow will come back to you with even greater clarity as you rest with peace and then are able to come back to things with far greater understanding,

Perspective and knowing of what to do.

Calm and peaceful You rest with your mind coming to rest and your entire body relaxing Feeling surrounded by the love of the divine with peace of mind that everything of the day you can pick back up tomorrow and you'll be given even greater clarity The divine holds you with love and you are now free to have a deeply peaceful,

Renewing,

Healing rest Having let go of everything,

You're simply floating in peace,

Bathing in love,

Surrounded by light,

Ready to have the most peaceful sleep where you're able to renew in the deepest level and on all levels of your being.

Breathing in peace and light and breathing out,

Letting go deeper and deeper.

Resting with the divine,

With beautiful waves of peace just washing over you,

Waves of silence,

Waves of peace,

Waves of deep rest.

And as you go for sleep and you drift into a deep,

Peaceful sleep and rest,

You're able to receive the full renewal that you deserve for your body,

Your mind and for you the soul.

You're able to rest in the arms of love and be deeply healed,

Renewed and blessed.

Enjoy.

You are a great soul and you're going to have a deeply peaceful sleep,

Waking up completely refreshed and renewed,

Connected and clear.

Deep restful sleep and Namaste.
