Thank you so much! This worked perfectly in getting my seven year-old daughter to sleep. Quite quickly, too! I’ve tried some of the mediations aimed at children, but most of them tell stories, which is fine, but when I’m trying to get her to go to sleep, she just wants to stay up and listen to the story, so it defeats the purpose. This meditation is calming and comforting, and your voice is absolutely soothing. Namaste.
