Om Shanti and Namaste.
Welcome to this meditation on letting go of the past completely and becoming free.
And we'll just start by becoming very comfortable.
So make sure you're in a comfortable place and just begin by taking several deep breaths of peace.
Breathing in peace and breathing out peace.
Letting peace come in,
Peace flow out,
And just breathing with peace.
And allowing each moment,
Each breath to bring you into a deeper,
More calm state of relaxation and ease.
The more you breathe,
The more and more relaxed you feel.
Centered,
Connected to the center and core of your being.
Feeling yourself finding peace within.
Allowing any chaos or story of the outside world to be still as you come deep within to the still waters of your own being.
A place of calm,
A place of rest,
A place of comfort.
And it's in this place that you,
The soul,
The light,
Are deeply held and connected to the divine.
The more you center yourself and are aware of your own being,
The more easily you can be aware of the divine,
The supreme,
The one.
This one is known as the bestower of happiness and the remover of sorrow.
This is the being to whom we can just let go and surrender and give up anything that bothers us,
Anything that harms us.
We can just let it go.
As the past is past,
It's complete,
Completely done.
And now you have the gift of this present moment right now.
To fully experience and enjoy the peace and the love and the beauty that can pour forth at this moment,
It's also time to let go of the past.
As we learn to let go of the past,
We're able to receive the golden gifts of each present moment.
Whatever was in the past,
Anything that happened,
Was good.
It's brought us to where we are today.
We've learned certain things and we've become who we are because of the lessons and situations of the past.
And in this way,
There's an appreciation,
A gratitude for the past and also a willingness to let go.
And so we simply take everything of the past,
Imagine taking it into your hands,
Into your arms and letting it go.
Offering it up to the divine.
You can literally take it as if it's in your hands and you can literally just bring your hands to open and allow all of that stuff from the past to be released,
To be let go of so that you,
The soul,
Are completely free.
Feeling the awareness that the past is past and the value I have now is in this moment.
Aware of myself as a soul,
A powerful being of love,
Of light and that I can bring this truth of my being into the world.
I am connected to the divine,
I am aware of myself and I can take advantage of each blessed moment.
I can go forth in my life with the power of my own being leading from that place even if in the past I was unconscious,
I was centered from more of an ego place or something negative.
I let that go,
I give it to the one,
The divine,
The purifier.
I take in that one's rays of love,
Peace and truth.
I remember my own being and I have the power to act now with love,
Kindness,
Sweetness,
Humility,
Respect,
All of my original virtues as a soul.
And so just enjoy this process of deeply letting go and surrendering energy of the past up to the divine and in return taking in these showers of blessings and light and love to move forward with grace,
With light and with truth.
You the soul are free.
And you are free to let go of everything.
It is past,
It is complete and you are here,
You are now,
You are connected,
You are divine.
I'm having this blessing and this gift to the world of bringing your presence,
Your fullness,
The best of yourself to this moment and each moment to come.
Anytime there's a forgetting,
You just take all that stuff of the past into your hands and offer it up to the divine,
The purifier,
The one who transforms energy from negative to positive and gives you blessings in return.
Whatever happened was good,
Whatever is happening now is great and whatever is going to happen is the very best and having this awareness and appreciation for all aspects of life.
Whatever happened was good,
Whatever is happening is great and whatever is going to happen is the very best.
You are free and you are blessed,
Able to move forward with great beauty,
Great light,
Carrying all the gifts and treasures you've gathered and learned in your life and showering them upon your life and upon others.
We're all very blessed that you're here and it's a gift that you have the willingness to let go,
Give everything up,
Clear your slate,
Clear your mind,
Be present and bring the greatest of yourself into this moment and the moments to come.
