This guided meditation is for activating your connection with your own divine courage,
The energy I like to call the burning heart of the divine.
Connecting with this energy will help you to cultivate courage,
Move through fear and live your life to your fullest potential.
So just taking a moment to get comfortable now,
Either seated or lying down,
And taking some deep breaths into your body,
Right down to the tips of your fingers and toes,
Drawing in a beautiful golden light into every single cell of your body,
Into all aspects of your being,
Into your entire energy field.
With that breath,
Beginning to focus on your heart chakra in the center of your chest.
Breathe into that space,
Feel into that space.
Draw that golden warm light into that space,
Slowly warming and softening your heart.
Repeat after me.
I invoke the courageous,
Joyful,
Loving and compassionate heart of the divine to fill my entire being with radiant light.
Focus on drawing in that energy,
That courageous,
Fiery energy,
And feeling its warmth fill your heart space.
Repeating the affirmation,
I am courageous.
I am courageous.
I am courageous.
I am a force of nature.
I am a brilliant shining light.
Continuing to fill your heart with that burning,
Courageous fire.
And then beginning to send that fire and that courage out through the rest of your body,
Out into every cell,
Out into every muscle,
Every organ,
Every joint,
Every strand of hair,
Every fingertip,
Every toe.
Radiating that courageous fire through your entire being.
Being filled with that fire,
Being filled with that courage.
Then sending that courage out beyond your body,
Out into your energy field.
Sending that courage out to the whole world,
Universe,
And all of creation.
Know that this courageous heart is not really external from you,
But exists within you now and always.
Repeating after me,
I am one with all of creation.
I am powerful and courageous beyond measure.
I create all that I desire with this passionate and fiery purpose.
I am courageous.
I am love.
I am.
And so it is.
