Hi I'm Amy and welcome to this guided shamanic journey. The aim of this journey today is to bring in a sense of silliness and play, To break down and soften any rigidity and seriousness and to activate that laughing Buddha energy. So we're going to take a shamanic journey to the inner world to receive a divine gift that will bring us healing in the form of laughter, Play, Childlike joy, Wild-heartedness or silliness. So to begin just finding a comfortable position either seated or lying down and taking a few deep breaths into your body really coming into your body. I want you to call on your higher self that is the highest the most divine aspect of yourself to fill your body with that higher self energy. To fill your entire being so that you can radiate the fullness of your soul's light on this journey and feel really empowered. So just breathing in that higher self, That divine energy, Feeling up every cell of your being until there's just like light beaming out of every cell of every part of you. Now I'm gonna get you to imagine standing up from your body, So stepping up outside your body and standing in front of your body and I want you to dream up the coolest silliest most outrageous chicken costume you can think of and I want you to imagine putting that on. You're gonna wear this on your journey this chicken costume. And so when you've got your really outrageous chicken costume on you're ready to go. I'm gonna get you to journey to some kind of opening a hollow tree, A lake, A cave, A tunnel, Something that will lead you down into the earth and take you down to the inner world. So just journey into your opening, Finding your opening and stepping into your opening and starting your descent down to the inner world. Traveling down, Down to a world of metaphor, Archetypal imagery and imagination. Deeper and deeper into the earth. Deeper and deeper. Traveling down until you reach the entrance and just pausing here at the entrance. Now I want you to set your intention to be given the gift you need the most, Whether it be the reawakening of your sense of humor, Your ability to play, Your ability to relax or to feel a sense of lightness of being or something else altogether. Just set the intention to receive what's in your highest good at this moment. I know that this could come in many forms. This could be symbolic imagery, Could be messages, Could be connection with some kind of a light being or the spirit of an animal that has something to teach you. It could be an aspect of yourself such as your inner child. There's no right way to receive this gift so know that whatever comes in whatever form it comes is perfect for you in this moment. So just stepping through that entrance into the inner world and allowing your higher guidance to take you where you need to go. You arrive at that place now. Step forward and receive what you need. Greet whatever comes and receive with gratitude and grace and feel the experience with all of your senses. Don't forget to stop, To be still and to listen. And taking a moment. To receive any last messages, To be given any last gifts. Now thanking any beings and thanking the divine. Turning to make your return journey. Back up to the entrance to the inner world. Step back to stand in front of your body. Now don't forget to take off your chicken costume. So stepping back into your body and breathing into your body, Breathing your energy into every corner of your body, Really sinking back into your body, Anchoring yourself into the here and now. Then sending roots out of your feet to really anchor yourself into the earth even more deeply and bringing yourself back into the room with a few deep breaths. Repeating after me, I am here now alive and awake. I am blessed by this life. I am blessed with laughter, Play and joy. I am blessed with lightness of being. Laughter and joy fill every cell in my body, Every corner of my being, Every inch of my energy filled. I am filled with laughter and joy. And just knowing that whatever gifts you receive today you take out into the world, You anchor into your being and you allow yourself to be surprised and delighted as to what comes.
