Welcome to this third eye chakra guided meditation.
Begin by sitting or lying down in whatever comfortable position that you would like.
Gently closing the eyes and connecting to your breath.
Bringing your full focus to your breath.
Breathing fully in.
And fully exhaling,
Allowing your shoulders to relax as you do so.
Breathing in,
Nourishing your body with your breath.
And fully exhaling,
Allowing your body to further relax.
Taking in the deepest breath you've taken all day.
Allowing your chest to expand as you breathe in.
And holding for a few seconds here.
And fully exhaling,
Allowing yourself to further relax here.
One more time,
Breathing in through your nostrils.
And fully exhaling,
Letting out a sigh.
Focusing your feet on the ground,
Feeling the weight of your feet.
Relaxing your full body here.
And now bringing your attention to your third eye chakra.
The third eye chakra is connected to wisdom and higher consciousness,
Psychic abilities and higher knowing.
And it's related to our ability to focus on and see the bigger picture.
Now bring your full focus to your third eye chakra,
To the center of your forehead.
Breathing into this area,
Energizing it and cleansing it with the breath.
And imagining a white light coming into the center of your forehead.
And as you breathe in,
It connects to the pineal gland,
Which is the physical aspect of the third eye chakra.
Breathe in,
Keeping your full focus here.
If you'd like to give this white light a color,
It can be indigo color,
Which is the color of the third eye chakra.
So breathing in.
And exhaling out through the third eye.
Breathing in.
And exhaling.
Becoming aware of the details of this light.
Continuing to breathe at your own pace.
Breathing in deeply.
And fully exhaling.
Energizing this area as you breathe in.
And expanding it as you exhale.
Noticing any sensations in this area.
Letting go of any heaviness,
If any.
Feeling connected to your heart as you breathe in and out of the third eye area.
Now we're going to repeat some affirmations.
You can choose to say these affirmations out loud or within your mind's eye.
I honor my intuition.
I see all things with clarity.
I have unlimited possibilities available to me.
I embrace my inner knowing to awaken my psychic potential.
All is well in my world.
I listen to my intuition and it will lead me to my purpose.
I am connected and I trust and follow my intuition.
I am open to receiving my inner guidance and deepest wisdom.
I release and forgive the past.
I am infinite,
Unconditional love.
I am wise.
Now taking a deep breath here,
Breathing all these affirmations into your body.
And welcoming in a deeper state of peace into your mind and body.
And slowly coming back.
