Welcome to the Sun Meditation.
My name is Isra.
If you can sit outside where you can connect to the Sun or close to a window in your home where the Sun is shining.
If it is a cloudy day simply place your intention to connect to the Sun.
Sit in a comfortable position.
Open your hands upwards.
Face the Sun.
Feel the warmth of the Sun on your skin.
Take a deep breath in and exhale through your mouth letting go of any stress through the exhale.
Take a very deep breath in expanding your belly and for the exhaling letting go of any stress of any to-do lists and bringing all parts of yourself to this present moment.
Breathing fully in and exhaling.
One more time taking the deepest breath you've taken all day and for the exhaling.
Now placing your intention to connect to the Sun to absorb the energy of the Sun into your whole being.
Connecting to the light codes of the Sun.
Feeling appreciative of the Sun's energy.
Bringing in the energy of the Sun in through the top of your head moving down into your face,
Throat,
Chest,
Abdomen,
Pelvic area,
Thighs,
Legs and feet.
Feeling energized and connected to the Sun's energy.
Tapping into the Sun's healing energy,
Nourishment and wisdom.
If there's a part of you that is feeling out of balance or even pain bring in the healing energy of the Sun into that part of your body.
Bring your hands facing one another and feel the energy between your palms without touching one another.
Cultivating an energy ball between your hands.
Feeling this energy ball,
Visualizing it,
Feeling this magnetism between your hands.
Now spread this energy within your hands throughout your body by hovering your hands all throughout your body spreading this energy.
This can be done in circular motions throughout your body.
It's like giving yourself a shower of healing energy from the Sun's frequency.
When you feel complete you can place your hands in your lap,
Breathing fully in,
Tuning into your body,
Noticing what changes have taken place.
