Welcome to this sacral chakra guided meditation.
Begin by sitting in a comfortable seated position or lying down,
Gently closing the eyes and bringing in a sense of deep relaxation to your body.
Relaxing your ankles and wrists.
Relaxing your feet and shoulders.
Moving your shoulders away from your ears.
Relaxing your neck.
Relaxing your chest area.
Letting go of any worries,
Of any to-do lists.
Bringing all parts of yourself to the right here,
Right now,
To this present moment.
Taking in a couple deep cleansing breaths in.
Breathing in through your nostrils.
Letting out a sigh,
Exhaling through the mouth.
Breathing all the way in,
Inhaling.
And exhaling,
Allow your shoulders to further relax and let go.
Breathing in.
And fully exhaling,
Allowing your body to further relax.
Relaxing the position of your body,
Seeing if you'd like to adjust your body in order for you to feel more comfortable.
Bringing your awareness to your sacral chakra,
Imagining the part a few inches below your belly button and connecting to this area.
If any sort of discomfort comes up,
That's okay.
Breathe through the resistance.
Breathe through any sort of discomfort.
And imagine a ball of orange light.
Allow this orange light to form into a flower,
Allowing it to bloom and open up.
Bringing balance and soothing energy to this area.
Breathing in to this area brings in balancing energy to it.
The sacral chakra is the energy center of creativity,
Pleasure,
And sexual energy.
It is connected to the element of water.
Remaining here present with your sacral chakra and breathing through it,
Energizing it,
And bringing it love through your attention and breath.
Now imagine a river,
And this river is flowing beneath you,
Feeling into the movement of the water and the sound of the cleansing water and the sound of the cleansing and clearing water.
Connecting to this element and allowing the water to fill you up with loving energy.
This water is gentle.
This water is the perfect temperature for you.
Be present with yourself right here,
Right now,
As this water clears away all that which isn't you.
Letting go of any emotions that are not you,
Any energies that are not you.
Coming back to yourself through this water,
Through this clearing water.
There are many things that we don't know about water.
Water is essential for all life.
Slowing down,
Being present,
Hydrating yourself allows for a greater sense of inner balance.
Now taking a deep breath here,
And relaxing your shoulders,
Relaxing your whole body,
Allowing yourself to feel the weight of your body on the ground,
Feeling the pull of gravity on your body.
Now repeating these affirmations,
Either out loud or within your mind's eye,
I allow my creativity to flow.
I welcome pleasure into my life.
I am lovable and desirable.
I let go of anything that is no longer serving me.
I honor my body.
I allow my emotions to flow.
I am radiant and creative.
I am grateful for myself.
I honor the ebbs and flows of my body.
Like there is time to work,
There is time to rest.
I am overflowing with an abundance of energy.
Now bringing your awareness back to your body,
Becoming aware of your feet and hands,
Wiggling your toes and fingers.
And at your own time,
You can slowly open your eyes.
