A moment to arrive.

I invite you to find a position that is relaxed yet alert at the same time,

Whatever that means to you.

You might want to put your hands on your lap,

On your thighs.

And I invite you to close your eyes or keep them slightly open with a soft focus in front of you.

Let's start by taking a deep breath in,

Followed by a conscious breath out.

Take another deep breath in,

Followed by a conscious breath out.

Allow your mind to focus on your breathing,

To connect with your anchor point,

Where you can feel your breath most vividly.

It might be your belly,

Which is moving up and down while you are breathing in and out.

It might be your chest,

Your throat,

Or the tip of your nostrils.

Just connect your consciousness with this point and try to be fully with your breath,

Allowing your mind to settle,

Breathing in and breathing out.

Let go of all the worries and busyness that has brought you here.

Let go of the worrying plans for the future.

Let allow the following question to sink in.

What's important right now?

For the task ahead,

What do I want to achieve?

How do I want to show up?

How do I feel right now?

How do I want to feel afterwards?

What is my highest intention,

My objective?

Breathing in and breathing out.

What is important right now?

Just take another deep breath in,

Followed by a long breath out.

Move and stretch in any shape or form that feels good to you right now.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes to face this new situation,

This new task,

This meeting with more focus and alertness.
