Okay,

We can start,

Let's just pay attention to the breath,

How it comes in and goes out.

And let's try to pay attention to its natural flow,

Yeah,

So there is awareness,

Observing how the breath moves and nothing else,

There is no need to say I or me or involve any thoughts into this natural flow of breath within awareness.

Let's observe how the breath occupies spaces within the body,

Check where it's going,

More or less.

See if it's possible for you to observe that without painting it with ego,

With identity,

With stories,

With thoughts,

With comments,

Just pure space in which breath is moving and observed.

And as we're observing the breath on the breathing process,

We pay attention in the same time as whom we are breathing or as whom we are observing,

Or in another way saying,

The dimension of our identity.

If I'm observing the breath as me,

The person,

If I'm observing the breath as an aura being,

As a galactic being,

As an infinite being,

As whom am I observing the breath?

As wider as identity,

As profound and deeper and transformational the experience.

So let's try to widen our awareness to infinity and from that perspective observe the breath in the body,

Meaning that we're opening an infinite space for the breath or the breathing process to manifest.

If thoughts come,

They're always pulling us back to ego,

They're shrinking our existence.

It's okay,

We're just letting go.

We decide what is the capacity of our existence.

And we see clearly how thoughts pulls in and how expansion allows us to feel much more comfortable,

More spacious,

Relaxed.

Now it's normal that when we start meditation,

Especially if we didn't sleep very well or we accelerated in any way,

That it's not so easy to keep the mind spacious.

Because the mind is the same mind that is very tight or very obsessed and anxious or very spacious,

It's the same mind.

So if you're experiencing this kind of struggle to keep the mind spacious,

Just focus a bit more on your breathing and slowly the mind will relax deeper and deeper and you'll be able to keep it wide,

Infinite,

With no need to pull back into thoughts and emotions.

As we're observing the breathing process as infinity itself,

Let's pay attention to our scheme as if we are a balloon that expands and contracts when we inhale and exhale.

So really there are like two balloons.

One balloon is infinite,

Infinity,

That's the infinite space which we are.

You can look at it as a space,

Defined space,

Although it's infinite.

And the other one is the scheme that is another inner balloon that is now expanding and contracting following the breathing process.

Now let's shift and expand this inner balloon into the aura.

So our default space is infinity,

Infinity MI,

So our mind occupies the whole creation.

And then within this infinite space which we are,

There is a balloon inside that now is much bigger than the scheme because it's the aura,

Your aura,

That is responding to the breathing,

Expanding and contracting.

So it's not that you are inside the middle of this aura balloon,

You are the opposite,

You have the infinite space that holds both spaces.

And you are observing the interaction between the breathing process and your aura expanding and contracting while being the infinite space that holds this experience.

Okay so it's very different than normal that I'm in the center and I'm observing what's happening around me.

Here I'm everything and I'm observing what's happening within me as everything.

Every time we inhale our aura expands and then contracts but we are outside the aura.

Now let's unite the inner balloon and the outer balloon.

So now there is nothing inside,

Infinity MI,

And the breath is the breath of creation.

Okay so when I inhale the whole creation expands because this is my body.

Exhale there's a very slight contraction.

We stay exactly the same but now in the exhale instead of contraction there's further expansion and further light shooting out,

Radiating out when we exhale.

So the whole creation expands to infinity.

Inhale it's expanding,

Exhaling,

Expanding more.

Now let's let go of the breathing awareness and just stay present,

ME.

So there is still complete,

Complete awareness but what it's aware of is not physical because the breath is more physical,

It's become more subtle.

Still the life is extremely powerful,

We feel,

We see so much,

We don't need the breath,

The physicality to be because we are more subtle now.

Let's observe as infinity the vibrational field of infinity as if we are an ocean of vibration.

Vibration MI,

Again I'm not in the middle of the ocean,

I am the ocean itself including my human being vibration.

This shift is the most important because we have to understand that we are infinity,

We are everything.

As we function as infinity,

Acknowledging as infinity,

Then our experience in the physical form,

In the human form is much more comfortable.

And this takes training because the mind by default shrinks into identity,

I am me,

This is my body,

These are my emotions,

These are my thoughts,

This is my story.

But there is no need for that,

Actually there is need not for that.

So we are keeping infinite,

As infinity,

As infinite space,

You can call it like this,

It doesn't matter,

We are observing vibration in the body and in the whole creation.

We are inviting synchronization of vibration,

What we call in the body,

With the whole creation.

Obviously vibration in the whole creation is way more subtle than in the body and we like them to synchronize.

Nothing to do,

Just to keep awareness in the body,

Out the body and wait,

It will happen.

Do you find yourself collapsing into thoughts and again you are the little person?

No problem,

Just move back,

Infinity am I,

Space am I.

Specifically watch if there is any area in your physical form,

In your energy form,

That it doesn't feel in harmony with creation,

It feels vibrating different and then invite that specific area to harmonize.

We have to understand very very clear,

That as long as we feel ourselves separate from the whole creation,

Actually we are blocked,

Okay.

So as we meditate and we feel the body,

Those vibrations,

Emotions,

Sensations,

Actually it's a form of blockage,

Because when we are completely in synchronicity,

We don't feel anything,

We feel the truth,

Infinity am I and nothing else,

There is no separation.

And because awareness is infinite,

Is pure,

When awareness acknowledging infinity and the body,

They will harmonize and slowly you are going to kind of melt into that infinite consciousness that has no form.

When this happens,

Time stops,

Space stops,

No future,

No past,

Only presence and you don't care if you are sitting one minute or twenty hours.

Because you are everything.

Okay,

Let's move from the vibration awareness into emotional awareness.

So it's normal,

Because we are experiencing reality a lot through our emotional being,

But we might feel that some emotion got stuck or emphasized in our system.

Although infinity am I,

I am infinite space,

Within that space is a human being called me,

That maybe has anxiety,

Fear,

Sadness,

Or love,

Happiness,

Joy,

Happiness,

Joy.

If you do experience this,

What we call negative emotions,

Again like we did with the vibration,

Just be with them,

But be with them as infinity,

As infinite space,

Invite them to synchronize.

And because you are viewing the infinite space through your emotional being,

Those negative or heavy emotions will transform into love.

So moving from vibrational space into the infinite ocean of love,

Love am I.

Love am I.

And just feel how love is felt through your heart chakra,

But it's actually acknowledged,

That actually the whole creation is love.

You are not in the center,

You are everything,

But you're experiencing through the heart chakra.

Don't let the mind pull you back,

Or if it did,

Come back to infinity,

The infinite space,

And just feel how that space is painted with infinite love,

Love am I.

And since love am I,

Everything else and everyone else is love.

Okay,

And now we're moving from the space of love into space is,

Meaning until now,

Even we are in a very very high altitude of vibration,

We still use the mind to do this or to do that,

Now we're dropping the mind completely,

And don't be afraid,

Don't be afraid,

It is going to feel even better,

More in unity.

So we're dropping the mind,

We're moving from in a way the frontal lobe or the frontal part of the brain into the back part of the brain,

And we surrender through the back into no seeing.

Then everything emphasized,

Space am I.

You see very clearly that when the mind starts to operate in the ego form,

It must move the energy forward to the frontal part of the brain,

Forward to the frontal part of the brain,

And when it moves into unity mode it falls backwards,

Back part of the brain.

In the back part of the brain it cannot think,

It can only be,

In the front it can think.

So the mind is kept in the back of the brain,

The heart is completely infinite,

That's called bliss.

Okay,

So I hope you would like to stay like this another 20 hours,

That's great.

In India traditionally when people entering into Samadhi,

Which is this state,

They consider saints and they start to be worshipped,

But they don't know that they are saints because they are not a saint or nothing.

So,

With the blessings on each one of you,

On each one of us,

That this state of no-thing Samadhi will rest within us forever.

That this state of no-thing Samadhi will rest within us forever.

Completely allowing it to manifest this way by your presence.

The fact that you are in other parts of the world has zero meaning because we're all in the same place called now.
