Stop viewing yourself as a separate radio trying to find the station; instead, realize you are the music itself. This practice, Sync with the Infinite, represents a radical shift in spiritual evolution. Rather than seeking alignment as an outsider looking in, you are guided to recognize the infinite frequency already vibrating within your cells. This is the art of letting the light of the Source dissolve the lingering boundaries of "me" and "mine."

And first,

Let's start from the acknowledgement that the awareness that knows yourself right now,

That knows how you feel,

That listens to these words,

That can be aware of the body,

Of sounds that come from outside,

That awareness is not personal awareness,

It is in fact the creation,

It's all there is.

What we are doing on this planet is really understanding that,

And learning to live as that.

So that awareness will not have a blockage or a wall between the person that we're moving on this planet as,

And the whole creation which it is as well.

For that,

Let's pay attention to the mind where we are acknowledging the awareness,

Or where the awareness is host.

And allow yourself to feel or to acknowledge that your mind doesn't have to be subject to the way you're feeling right now.

You can feel anxious,

You can feel imbalanced,

You can feel unwell physically,

But the awareness doesn't have to identify with that.

Because it is the whole creation,

As well as what it sees,

Under itself you can say,

Just below the awareness,

There are many things.

From that position of an infinite being,

Or infinite awareness,

We start to make order in that thing called me,

As a human being.

And the human being,

Just by being a human being on this planet,

Tend to move constantly out of alignment with the pure awareness,

With pure consciousness,

Constantly.

In order to re-establish harmonious synchronization,

First of all we need to acknowledge that the awareness is infinite,

Is not personal.

And then start to observe the imbalance.

The minute the infinite awareness of the whole creation,

Which is,

Can be,

It is hosted in your mind,

Is aware of imbalance,

It will force it to harmonize.

Because the reason the imbalance is created,

Is because of separation from awareness.

So,

Let's guide awareness,

First of all,

To the breath.

And just observe the breath,

But don't identify with it,

I'm breathing like this,

I'm breathing like that.

That identification is just an old habit that we need to grow out from.

Let the awareness observe the quality of breathing,

That's all.

As if the breath is happening in infinite space,

No matter what its quality at the moment can be shallow and not comfortable,

But is manifesting in the infinite creation,

Which is you.

Okay,

Now let's go more subtle.

Pay attention to vibration.

Pay attention that your body is vibrating.

Paying attention,

Meaning that that infinite awareness is now connected to something very specific like vibration.

And try to allocate your awareness in the area or the layer where vibration felt the most.

Your whole body vibrates and the vibration manifests in layers.

So your awareness has the capacity of seeing or connecting to the layer that vibrates the hardest,

Which means the most imbalanced.

What you're doing right now is you synchronizing the whole creation with that layer of your energy field that is out of sync.

The minute you establish this connection,

You just let things happen naturally,

You don't need to do anything more.

You just observe how things are shifting so beautifully.

And be loving yet persistent,

Meaning when that layer you focused on start to feel much better,

Which means you stop feeling it so clearly anymore.

Go to the next layer of tension,

Can be deeper in or can be further out.

You know you're on it because the minute your awareness is honed on that layer,

Suddenly your breath becomes shallow,

You're more connected to emotions and there's a general heaviness and discomfort in the system.

Those layers of blockages,

There are layers all over the body that's not one place.

They're in the cells and the membranes,

They're in the muscle,

The tissues,

But on a very specific layer.

If you cannot recognize a layer,

Don't worry about it,

Just focus on whatever attracts your awareness in terms of vibration or nervous system that is not comfortable and just stay there.

Now let's shift our awareness to our heart center,

Center of the chest and again always whatever we do we do as creation,

We don't do as the person.

So creation through that awareness that is a moving aspect of consciousness is acknowledging parts of itself and by that it's inviting it to synchronize again and to move back into tune with the infinite consciousness which we are.

Invite your heart center to fill up the infinite space of the whole creation.

Make sure that what's happening is effortless,

It's just guiding direction and alarm manifestation.

Let's shift our awareness to the solar plexus,

The energy center below the chest,

In the upper part of the abdomen and invite that center to synchronize with the infinite creation,

Which you are.

And let's do the same with the third eye,

Again invite it to synchronize with the whole creation,

Which you are.

So the most important acknowledgement,

The most transformational acknowledgement human being can have in one's life,

Exactly that,

That your mind is not personal,

It's infinity with a personal aspect.

As we're practicing,

As we're moving through life,

We must realize this.

And we have to realize that the tension is a result of separation only.

Wonderful,

Let's continue and connect to our energy field,

The aura.

It's an energy space around your physical form,

Now the fact is that this space is infinite,

Of course,

It's the whole creation,

But as a human being we have,

We can say,

Our personal energy field that is closer to the body,

And it has a shape and it's defined.

So bring your awareness outside the body,

You don't need to to say if it's one meter,

Two meters,

Or three centimeters,

It doesn't matter,

Just ask to connect to your energy field and observe what's happening.

Observe if it feels light,

If it feels open,

If it shrinks on you,

If it's a thick like energy,

Maybe you see colors,

Whatever comes to you from that space,

Just be there.

But don't be there from inside out,

I am inside,

Energy is outside,

Be there as creation itself.

And again,

Like we did with the layers,

The minute you recognize tension in the energy field,

You're going to feel it all over you,

You're going to feel it in your emotions,

In your breathing,

In your physicality,

Everywhere.

When you're acknowledging the tension in your aura,

Again we do the same process,

We're acknowledging infinity am I,

Or I am the whole creation,

And then within me there is tension in the aura of me as a person.

And that's it,

Then we just observe how everything dissolves and we're feeling much much better.

Wonderful,

Let's take time to take advantage of the fact that we are here,

A group of spiritual beings,

Sharing this space together.

Every one of us has the ability as an enlightened being,

It is an enlightened being.

Enlightenment means complete unity with Source,

With Light,

Which we all can do.

So when we're holding this space as the Light itself,

We can support each other,

First of all,

Tremendously.

So let's visualize that we are creating a circle,

As if we're sitting in a sacred temple,

In a circle.

Invite yourself to sit in wherever you feel like sitting,

And acknowledge the presence of the rest.

Only that acknowledgement create a bond already.

Feel how that bond affecting you,

Feel how it changes your energy field,

That you can feel the unity.

And allow yourself to receive the blessings of the rest when you inhale,

Feel that you are nourished,

And allow yourself to support and give the same blessings when you exhale,

Again without any effort.

Just feel that as you're receiving the energy,

Your system becomes more and more and more vibrant,

More in complete connection with Creation.

When you exhale,

You're supporting the whole community to raise the same vibration.

Wonderful!

To that sacred space,

Let's welcome family,

Friends,

Anyone that would like to support,

So they as well can benefit from this beautiful sacred space of being.

Those who seemingly feels as separate being,

Different,

They are exactly like your energy field,

They are part of Creation,

Part of you.

When you're being with them as infinity,

As pure consciousness,

You're offering them that synchronicity,

That you did for yourself.

Wonderful!

So,

Obviously,

When we are finishing this meditation and we start to move through our day,

When we start to move in general,

Even if you move a leg or do anything physically different,

It will break this magic.

So,

We need some tools.

When this type of consciousness or connection is not available,

How can I keep that state of being?

So,

Number one is the acknowledgement,

Who am I?

Yeah,

That unity that we are all the time must be acknowledged in the mind psychologically as we're moving through life.

Number two is really paying very close attention to the mind,

Because the mind,

The minute it moves into its ego identity,

It creates a blockage immediately and separates you from Source,

Immediately,

Instantaneously.

So,

We try to keep the mind centered,

Yeah,

We try to not let it go to places especially that are very disturbing,

Not to expose it to disturbing information,

Not to ingest disturbing and toxic inputs,

Because awareness,

That infinite consciousness which you are,

Is anchored through your mind to your human form.

If you allow the mind to move in a way that is not aligned with that Source,

That sacredness that is part of you,

Then you block the connection immediately.

Number two,

To help even more,

We try to introduce as much as possible gratitude.

Gratitude helps the mind centered,

Aligned with the heart and with pure consciousness.

These two are enough,

Yeah,

If you follow these,

You feel okay.

One more thing that is also very important is being happy,

Celebrating,

Allowing the life force to express,

Allow yourself to dance,

To sing,

To enjoy people,

To enjoy nature,

To feel that the expression of life that is everywhere,

You are part of it,

A living demonstration to unity in action.
