Let's start with gratitude.
Let's express gratitude that we are here together practicing this morning.
Try to connect to the fact that things are not obvious.
And give gratitude to our body,
To ourselves for creating the space and the time and making the effort to be here.
To the air that we breathe,
To the air that touches our face,
Our body gently,
To the chair or the cushion that we're sitting on,
And the earth that's supporting us,
To the space in which we are sitting,
Which hopefully feels safe,
Comfortable,
Allows us to concentrate right now,
To the people who created this space,
Who build this space,
And to loved ones that support us so we can sit here right now,
And maybe they are taking care of other things.
And then let's bring our awareness to the breath.
Just feel the quality of the breath as it moves in and out.
Try to pay attention how it moves in the body.
Where is it going?
Is it entering equally to both sides of the body?
Is it deep or a bit shallow?
Then let's observe the state of nervousness in our system.
Do we feel some shakiness all over?
Any sense of fear or anxiety?
Let's observe the state of our mind.
Is it moving fast?
Or it's quite relaxed and centered?
And then let's observe our body.
Is it aligned?
Do we feel that the spine is erect?
A direct connection between the tailbone and the crown?
Do we feel that we're sitting evenly?
Or there's some weight going on one side or another?
How about forward and backwards?
Do we feel that we are in the center?
And then let's start to soften.
Soften our face,
Our eyes,
Our jaw,
And tongue.
And feel,
Especially as you're softening those areas of the head,
That you are opening the free flow of energy from the top to the bottom of the body.
That energy is not coming only from the head.
It's coming from infinity.
It must flow down nourishing the head,
The torso,
The legs,
And continue its way to the earth.
So as we're relaxing from top to bottom,
We want to facilitate the flow of that energy,
The life force.
Like we're opening way to a river.
It's doing its first way on a dry riverbed.
Relaxing your chest.
The diaphragm and the solar plexus is softening.
The abdomen,
The pelvic floor.
Posing on the pelvic floor.
And feel the warmth and the opening.
As it's allowing the energy from the upper body to flow down into the legs,
Into the feet,
And deep into the earth.
And now let us stay aware of that heaven-earth connection through our body.
And surrender more into that natural flow and nourishment.
Try to feel or visualize that this is an active flow.
It is a flow.
It's not just a sensation.
Exactly like a river,
It's moving.
And the same as we paid attention to its movement in the front of the body,
Let's pay attention to its movement in the back.
By again relaxing the back of the head,
The neck,
The area of the upper back,
Shoulder blades.
The mid-back,
The lower back,
The buttocks,
The back of the legs,
The feet into the earth.
And again we want to feel that flow,
That active movement from heaven through our body into the earth.
Let's repeat the same on both left and right sides.
And relax the sides of the head,
The shoulders and the arms,
The sides of the torso,
The sides of your legs,
Again all the way down to the earth.
And visualize and feel that the heavenly power or heavenly flow is gently caressing you and nourishing you front sides and back.
Again we're bringing this attitude of gratitude and this softening and invitation for that power to flow through and to nourish.
As we're giving permission,
Inviting and observing the flow,
Let's now become more aware of the fact that we are observing again this awareness.
Awareness that observes everything.
That awareness that observes all what we paid attention so far is actually most important.
It's the only thing that is forever.
It's the only thing that will stay after we die.
Now that awareness has the capacity as we use it normally to focus inwards and then it has the capacity to focus outwards.
It'll be aware of whatever we want it to be aware.
It has no its own wants or needs.
It follows our mind,
Our thoughts and supporting it.
So wherever we're focusing our mind on the awareness will always be there to support that.
Awareness is the power of the whole creation and when a thought arises in that space of awareness the power of the whole creation is behind that thought.
But when no thoughts arising and there's only awareness then we know the truth.
Then we know that we are all there is beyond time and space beyond life and death.
So let's say become aware of awareness and since we've been focusing on the breath and on the body on the movement of heaven to earth let's stay there for a minute but be aware that you are aware of it.
So don't identify with what you're looking at is what we're calling the observer.
But the problem with this word the observer is that it has an ego behind it or in it.
I am observing.
No.
Awareness is free from ego.
Only the mind holds ego.
Ego is a thought.
I am me.
Awareness is not a thought.
It is.
So we are aware of the life force moving in the body from heaven to earth.
But now at the same time let's become aware or let's invite the mind also to acknowledge the infinite space outside the body.
The same awareness that was focusing in now is adding to the inwards the outwards.
As if your brain has two directions to it or two sides.
The front is more focused in and the back is more focused out but they are completely united.
It's in the same time.
Now let's invite this outer being which we are to help us harmonize the inner being which we are as well.
The most important shift we as human being can have is the realization that I am everything.
I am in and out.
I am all there is.
I am all there is.
Or better saying all there is am I.
So that infinite consciousness which is the basis it's like you can say the material of the whole creation no matter what of a pencil and a universe in the same time this is you.
But not you the little person this is you.
We are realizing this identity when we move out of identity.
Meaning that we can realize that only when our mind stops pushing pulling constantly into the little person when we allow our mind it's freedom of infinity when we liberated it to the simple truth of being.
So let's use this infinite expansion which we are to help our human form our human being because all the tension we are carrying within comes from the confusion of duality that our mind is still living in an attitude that there is me and there is the world which is true and in the same time it's not true.
It's true because this is the reality we are seeing it's not true because all this reality is actually pure consciousness that takes form but actually it has no form it's really empty.
So let's say connect as infinity to our nervous system and invite our nervous system to synchronize with that infinite being which all is we can say we are I'm inviting my nervous system to soften into the infinite space which am I it's not a personal space it's just easiness which you are how do you recognize the nervous system or the nervousness in the system just scanning for areas in the body that feels with a vibration that is nervous is not comfortable normally those areas are connected to each other like a layer if you find one there must be others so you go to the area which is the most apparent and it's discomfort and when you paying attention let's say to the legs suddenly you recognize that similar sensation is in your chest in your mind in your arms in fact everywhere and you're inviting those sensations of tension to synchronize with that infinite being which you are as you do it it's very important not to pull back into the story of the ego mind that pulls all the awareness into itself like hijacking it grabbing it stay infinite let's invite our heart center to synchronize with that infinite space remember you are the infinity itself and you're calling tension to synchronize with that infinite space you're not pushing it from inside out you are that infinite space and you're inviting parts of that infinite space that are tense to synchronize let's just take a minute to invite loved ones friends family or anyone that we know that needs support right now and there are so many on this planet to be with us so they as well can benefit from this beautiful energy beautiful space we're sharing just invite them to be with you to be with us and see them in front of you and see them as infinity and let them bathe in that beautiful light which all is and you are and they are beautiful before we finish let's just sharpen the tools that we need in order to maintain that state of being on the go through the day number one is repeating that type of meditation either on your own or have a lot of recording everywhere just listen and allow that vibration we're sharing to be with you as much as possible number two is to bring awareness to what you're doing trying to move from automatic into awareness existence number three is try to introduce gratitude when we're living with gratitude the mind and the heart are more in harmony in sync and the tendency to go into places that are not healthy with the mind are lessening ok so thank you very much for joining have a blessed day bye bye
