So again,
Good morning for everybody.
Let's start by taking a deep breath in,
Filling up our whole body with a lot of air.
And when we exhale,
Guide the breath and the energy down,
Down your legs,
Down your feet,
Into the earth.
Again,
Let's take a deeper breath than normal.
And then exhale and guide the energy and the breath down into the earth.
One more time,
Deeper breath than normal.
And again,
Invite the breath to go down into your lower part,
Into the pelvic floor.
And then exhale and then continue to guide it down into your feet,
Into the center of the earth.
Let's bring the image of the waterfall,
The golden waterfall.
And let's direct the energy in the front of the body downwards.
So now we don't need to emphasize it with breathing,
But we're bringing an image of a beautiful flow of water or light.
And we're guiding it down through the front of our body.
Into the center of the earth.
The only thing you need to do is keep this image very clear,
And then the energy will shift 100%.
Keep the awareness on the same image in the front and add to it heaven,
Heaven,
Human,
Earth,
Meaning that you're widening the trajectory of the image.
So you're visualizing that above it comes from infinity,
Then it travels through the front of the body,
And then from the feet it goes deep into the earth.
And you're just aware of that flow.
Remember that you,
Or the real you,
Is the one that's observing that.
And then what you're observing,
Which means what identifies me,
The body,
The emotions,
The energy,
The mind,
Is what's responding to your image.
But it's not who you are,
But it's how you feel.
So gradually,
Make sure that you're making this distinction about or between the awareness that observes and the energy that flows and clear tension in your human being.
Keep the image clear.
Your image is creating a flow of energy,
Is directing the life force which is infinite into a pathway,
Trajectory,
Into meridians.
And then it just flows through that image and cleanses and harmonizes and brings back the flow into harmony.
You are the awareness that sees that.
This awareness now is living in a human form.
And when the body dies,
This awareness will stay aware of the whole process of death,
And then what comes after that,
And like this forever.
So we're teaching the mind to be aware of the awareness and to create that space from what we are aware.
And what is happening in the space of awareness.
Just hold this image clear.
And you see how gradually the field of wellness expands.
Let's shift the awareness to the back.
Exactly the same image of the waterfall,
Of light or water or movement.
And again,
See clearly the image of that connection between infinity above your head,
Your back,
The back of your legs,
And deep down from your feet into the earth.
Just hold your awareness on that movement,
On that trajectory.
The awareness observes,
And then the life force will follow the image created by the mind.
Okay,
Awareness doesn't create anything,
Never.
Awareness is a shining light on what the mind creates.
And you can see clearly that that image that your mind came up with is working.
It's giving the life force a channel to flow through.
When that is not happening in an ordered way,
Then the awareness just follows the mind aimlessly from one thought to another.
And then the life force has no clear pathways to flow.
It just follows every thought and in a way gets so dispersed.
So now we give it form,
We make it clear.
Stay with the image of the life force flowing from heaven down to earth through your back.
And again,
Here as well as the front,
As you're observing it,
You'll see that the wellness is expanding,
Penetrating,
Cleaning,
Softening.
You just need to keep the image and the awareness of it.
That's all.
As you're observing the changes when you're holding a firm image,
Let's add another component to the quality of the awareness which you're using.
Let's acknowledge that awareness is not coming from you,
It's coming through you.
Okay,
So it's like a portal,
A doorway through which the whole creation is supporting the image that the mind created.
This is your awareness.
Or this is awareness,
Not yours really.
It's infinity itself.
So keep the image of that life force flowing from heaven through your back into the earth.
But acknowledge that the awareness that's observing it or shining light on it is in fact all there is.
It's the pure consciousness which is the base of the whole creation no matter what.
Let's shift a little bit in the image to left and right of the body.
And again,
We're bringing that image of a trajectory of a flow like a river,
Like a waterfall that comes from infinity above our head.
And then when it comes to the crown,
It splits to left and right.
Then it flows down beautifully down the side of your torso,
The side of your legs,
And cleanse and heal and nourishes the sides of your body.
And energy continue to flow deep down into the earth.
Remember that you are the awareness observing and that you,
Which is the awareness that's observing,
Is not the person or the personal you.
It is the whole creation.
This is very powerful to realize,
Maybe the most powerful for a human being.
And that mind that normally we called me is the whole creation.
And that image,
That visualization of life was flowing from heaven through the sides of your body deep into the earth,
Is actually observed by the whole creation,
All there is.
There's nothing personal here.
There's really creation observing and balancing itself,
That's really what's happening.
And the mind,
Out of confusion,
Identifying that part of creation as me.
As we're softening this wrong identity,
Then the transformation is so powerful,
Not only in meditation,
But in our life,
In our experience as a human being.
So let's continue working with the same image heaven-human-earth.
Right now,
Let's include the four directions of the body,
Front,
Sides,
And back,
And keep the image of this pure light,
Pure water,
Pure love,
Pure nourishment,
Pure wellness,
Flowing from heaven through your body into the earth,
Acknowledged,
Observed by creation.
Allow this ego identity that we're always carrying around to surrender to that process,
To melt in that process.
So slowly,
That cleansing process,
That nourishing process of the human being is slowly dissolved into the infinite being,
Because really,
In essence,
They are the same.
So as the tension of the human form or human being dissolves through this process of cleansing,
Relaxing,
As your nervous system softens,
Calms down,
That the illusory separation slowly dissipates.
So instead of holding this image that we started with very strong,
Let go now of the image,
And just invite your human being-ness to completely soften,
And melt,
And synchronize with that infinite being which you are,
And everything is.
So now your mind,
Instead of holding the image we started of that waterfall,
Now it holds the image of boundless being,
And so it's completely,
Completely expanded,
Completely.
And the awareness always follows the mind,
Always follows the image.
So the awareness and the mind now becoming one,
Because awareness is infinite,
Mind is infinite,
Energy is infinite,
All is infinite.
So it's normal that as we kind of moving in that process of synchronization,
Harmonization,
It takes time until our human form dissolves,
And completely harmonizes and synchronizes,
Because we carry so much tension as human beings,
Because we need to function as if we are separate from Source.
We don't need,
But we are functioning,
And it's normal.
And any instant that we are living in separation,
Equals blockage and tension.
It doesn't matter,
We can be the best enlightened being,
Spiritual,
But the minute we're pulling into the identity,
We're creating tension in the system,
And that's okay.
But that's why now,
As we're meditating,
We need to allow time,
Space,
With a lot of love and compassion,
To let the tension dissolve.
The way we do it,
We keep using the mind and the awareness to support this synchronization process.
So the mind is infinite,
And it is acknowledging within its infinity that human being,
You can say,
Human form,
Or this person that normally it calls itself me.
And it invites this person to completely dissolve,
And to be helpful for that process.
Let's focus on our nervous system,
That's where most of attention is stored.
So without losing that infinite being which you are,
Recognize a vibration in the body,
All over the body,
That feels foreign,
That feels too much.
It feels different than the infinite stillness which is all around you and in you.
Once you're recognizing the tension,
That vibration that is out of tune,
Just rest your awareness or your mind on it without losing that sense of infinity.
And you see that magically it starts to harmonize,
To soften,
And again you're feeling deeper and deeper in harmony and unity with Souls.
Take your time.
Be very precise.
Recognize the layers of tension,
Or if you cannot recognize it as one layer,
Focus on areas that feel tense,
And call them to synchronize.
If you can recognize layers that's more powerful,
Because tension is everywhere.
Even it's not only in your body,
That quality of tension that arise from your nervous system is in the whole creation,
Really like this.
So as you're calling your system to synchronize,
Don't limit your awareness of tension into the body,
Because you'll find it that it's actually a quality of vibration,
Your system emanates into the whole creation.
And you are dealing with that quality right now,
Inviting it to synchronize,
To calm down.
So your mind recognizing two different qualities,
The infinite stillness and different vibration within that stillness.
And because tension always softens into space,
It'll harmonize.
After we worked with the nervous system,
Of course it doesn't mean that it's all sorted,
But I'm sure it's better.
Let's invite the heart center,
Which is also another focal point of more emotional tension,
To synchronize.
Always,
Your mind always keeps infinity,
Awareness of infinity,
As infinity.
It's not from inside out,
You as a person looking out,
It's you as the whole creation synchronizing part of itself.
So invite your heart center to synchronize.
Again,
The tension in your heart center is a quality of vibration,
Spreads in the whole creation everywhere.
It's not only in your body.
It's emanation of quality that is different than source.
Call it to synchronize.
We have to drop the doer,
Meaning that the mind that is constantly now working at our service to visualize,
Harmonize,
Hold images,
Now we need to drop it completely.
Because the awareness is really who we are and it doesn't need the mind to know I am.
So drop any mental movement,
You're still here 100%,
But you're here as pure consciousness,
When the mind completely dissolved into its essence,
Into its source.
As this dissolution takes place,
That the deep knowing of truth shines,
I am that I am.
There's no duality anymore,
Me and its being.
When you're holding this space,
As long as you hold it more,
There'll be more dissolution,
More harmonization of any leftover tension in your system.
And this is really the deepest healing existing,
When every cell,
Every atom,
Every organ,
Your emotions,
Your mind,
All resetting to their source.
And don't worry how to keep it after the meditation,
Because this keeps you.
That acknowledgement is what brought you here to this meditation,
Is what pushes you in your life to wherever you are right now.
And it's the light within you that is constantly thriving to emerge,
And to unite with source,
To come home and relax at home,
As home.
Just try to repeat that meditation,
Following the stages,
And no worries at all.
It'll become your nature.
