Hi my friend,
Let's immerse in peace.
Just take a deep breath,
Make sure you're feeling comfortable lying down or sitting.
Again a deep breath,
Inhaling deep to the whole body and softening and relaxing.
Again take a deep breath,
Just visualize that your body expands to all directions like a balloon.
Even the most remote spots are expanding as you're inhaling and we're exhaling and relaxing.
Now let's continue to observe the breathing but not so physical,
Just observe how the breath moves in and comes out.
And again as you're observing the breath try to visualize that it travels to each and every part of your body and when you're inhaling you keep this image of ballooning out and relaxing in but with no force,
Just guiding the breath to nourish each and every part of the body when you inhale and when you exhale you relax.
Now let's pay attention and search which parts of your body feels a bit tense,
A bit compromised.
Maybe your heart chakra feels a bit tense or the solar plexus,
Maybe your mind feels some psychological discomfort.
So we're just acknowledging,
We don't want to do anything with it at the moment,
Beside just acknowledging and try to locate where that part that doesn't feel comfortable is in your body and let's direct the breathing and the awareness to that specific area as if we're charging it with goodness when we inhale and we're exhaling and allow it to release the tension lodged in it.
To go deeper and to find peace we must acknowledge that the breath and our existence is not separate from the creation.
For that let's continue working with the breath but let's visualize that we're inhaling while visualizing the breath comes from all directions,
From far far far away into our body,
Into those areas that feels tense,
Nourishing them,
Supporting them and when we exhale we're exhaling the tension back to infinity.
Again all this work is effortless,
Just observe and direct and guide and then it will happen.
Whatever you want just be clear about it and it will happen.
For example I'm inviting synchronization between let's say my solar plexus where I feel tension and the whole creation.
You just say something like this and you're observing how it takes place,
Trusting yourself and trusting creation that it will work for you to harmonize without making any effort.
To go deeper into peace and harmony let's add gratitude that when we're inhaling we say thank you,
When we exhale we say thank you.
Again if you want to be even more effective you can re-scan your system and maybe now the tension is more subtle but maybe it's lodged in other part of your body.
So continue directing the breath,
The infinite breath to that area where you feel tense with gratitude and then you're exhaling the tension with gratitude back to infinity and like this you continue moving from one place to another and you see that slowly you're approaching more and more subtle parts of your existence and you feel more and more peaceful and relaxed.
