And before I go deeper,
Let's just check in,
See what we're finding inwards.
What do we find right now inside ourselves?
What do we find emotionally?
What do we find physically?
What do we find in the functioning of our mind right now?
Is it moving fast?
Is it quite serene,
Quiet?
And then,
More subtle,
What do we find energetically?
And because energy normally we are not paying attention to so much.
So just to clarify,
When we're looking at energy,
It's very much like we're looking at everything else.
But I would say that it's a bit more subtle compared to the physical.
So if,
For example,
I pay attention to my body right now,
So there's a tiny tension in my left lower back.
But if I pay closer attention,
So I feel that the whole left side is bigger than the right side,
For example,
Okay?
So,
We can call it energy,
But it's just a bit more subtle than the previous sensation of the physical.
So,
Basically when we're talking about energy,
We want to train our mind to connect in a more subtle way compared to the usual physical connection that we have with life.
Okay,
So let's just focus a bit more on the energy because energy is so important because it's before the physical.
And it changes much faster than the physical.
So if we can train our mind to recognize energy in balance,
We can help really fast to restore balance and feel better.
So just compare the left side and the right side of your body for example.
Just see if there's any difference.
Maybe one is bigger,
The other one is smaller.
Maybe one is tenser and the other one is more relaxed.
If you see more color or shades,
Maybe one is more bright and the other one is more dark,
Or a specific color compared to the other color.
So one way of connecting to energy is by comparing sides or comparing front and back like this.
Another way is to recognize directions of flow.
So the classic imbalance,
Most common,
Is when the energy is flying upwards instead of downwards.
So we get symptoms like shortness of breath or just shallow breathing,
A very active mind.
Can be symptoms if they're in the head like ear ringing,
Heaviness in the head,
Or headaches.
It can be a sense of something is wrong emotionally.
So normally we take those symptoms very seriously for what we think they are,
But really it's energy that is reversed.
So if we start to notice those things,
We can help ourselves much faster and much easier instead of trying to understand why psychologically our mind thinks something right now.
Okay,
So check for yourself.
How is the energy flowing?
Do you feel any of those symptoms I mentioned?
And again,
This is not judgment in any way,
It's just for us to notice.
And once we're noticing,
Then we can shift it.
Once we in a way name it.
Then we can change it.
So let's focus for a minute on the sensation in our head.
The sensation in our eyes,
In our forehead.
Okay,
So a classic upward movement of energy that is a reverse,
Is not there in harmony,
Is when we feel tension in the area of our eyes and our forehead,
When we feel that our face are not soft.
Just check if that's the sense for you.
Is that what you're feeling?
And then try to consciously soften that area,
Soften it downwards.
Soften your forehead.
Soften your eyes.
Soften your facial muscles,
Your jaw,
Your tongue.
And together with softening,
Bringing a sense of allowing yourself to be soft,
Allowing yourself to be permeable.
Allow yourself to be nourished.
Because in life,
So much,
Or maybe most of the time,
We are in a doing,
Moving,
Me and life attitude.
And this creates a lot of tension and pulls the energy upwards all the time and makes us feel uncomfortable.
So,
It's not enough that we're softening,
We have also to soften this attitude that I need to do,
I need to,
I need to,
Whatever.
To what?
But I need to.
Even I need to think.
So right now we're reversing that we are in a nourishing mode,
In a permeability mode.
In an honest relationship with life,
As being part of life,
As not as being needing to do.
So we're softening everything.
And we're entering into this allowing yourself to be nourished attitude.
To feel that life love us,
That life want to caress us,
To kiss us.
To hold us,
To be nice to us.
It's an attitude.
Maybe life or our life experience taught us very different things,
Opposite of what I'm just saying.
But right now,
Right now,
Right now,
It's a choice.
It's a choice to be in that permeability,
Soft,
Permitting ourself to receive.
And let's add to that the breath.
Let's add to that the fact that when we inhale,
We affirming either with words or just by breathing a right to be here just by being here,
Not by being somebody.
Between we inhale.

We're receiving all the bounty,
All the love,
All the nourishment available.
And when we exhale.
.
.
We can bathe in it.
We can send it to the rest of our body.
We can feel Grateful for that.
Okay,
It's an attitude.
The same maybe when you get under a lovely shower and maybe it was a cold day or it is a cold day and suddenly the warmth just overwhelms you with pleasure.
It's that feeling.
You're going out and it's the perfect temperature and the sun is shining and you're lying on the beach and you feel the nice warmth of the sun just caressing your skin so beautifully.
This is the attitude.
Try to feel when you are in that attitude what happens in your system,
What happens in your skin.
What happens to your face?
What happens to your mind?
What happens to your emotions?
Allow yourself to be vulnerable,
Allow yourself to be.

.
Like a a baby and its mother's arm.
Completely soft,
Completely in a nourishing mode.
Completely caressed and warm.
But now.
.
.
Even if our personal experience with our mother not necessarily was very comfortable.
We can re-create that to be comfortable right now in my relationship with this present moment with life.
And that's where allowing yourself to be beautiful.
Allow yourself to shine because your connection with life is natural.
Because you are permitting yourself to completely receive and glow.
Unconditionally.
You're permitting yourself to be loved.
Because you've chosen to be loved,
Right now.
And being loved is not necessarily by a specific person.
Is feeling that your change with life is of love right now.
It's a choice.
And with that comes gratitude,
Deep gratitude.
Thank you,
Life,
For loving me and for allowing me to be loved.
It's very important that sense of being will penetrate deep into our psyche.
Because it's completely different than our normal on-the-go attitude.
That complete softness of a little baby.
That complete permeability.
Has to be very,
Very clear for us to create it whenever we want.
Not always,
Of course,
Because sometimes,
Or a lot of the time,
We need to be different,
And that's okay.
But we need to be completely aware of that softness.
Now is time to be soft.
Now it's time to be vulnerable.
Now is time to receive the love life offers us right now.
Your faces continue to relax even more.
Your eyes softened.
The tension leaves your head and flows down.
To reach your feet into the earth.
Your breath is deepening and is more comfortable.
And all that with no effort,
Zero effort,
Just permission.
Just acknowledgement.
Wonderful.
Now.
After we softened our inwards.
Let's soften our outwards.
What does it mean?
Let's connect to our aura,
To the energy fields surrounding.
That's become aware of the energy field and asks herself,
What do I feel around my body?
What kind of quality is there?
Is it a light,
Comfortable,
Or is it heavy,
Oppressive?
What do I feel?
Okay,
And let's just expand a bit our awareness into our energy field Even if you cannot feel it clearly or cannot see it clearly,
It doesn't matter.
You just affirm,
I'm connecting to the energy field surrounding my physical form.
And just rest your awareness in that field.
And trust that intuitively you're going to know exactly where it is,
How it is,
How far or what is its dimension.
Don't worry about it.
Just be in the energy field.
And then invite the softness within you to start to communicate with the energy field around you.
So slowly inner and outer starting to mix with each other.
To form and energy space.
That is not so much differentiated by the skin,
By the human structure.
Then let's expand further and further and further.
Until your expansion is as wide as the whole creation.
Maybe it sounds big but actually it only requires a letting go because infinite awareness or infinite mind is the most natural thing there is.
So it's not that you need to visualize galaxies and then further galaxies and bigger.
No,
It's not like this.
It's really.

Allowing the mind to be boundless.
Not to imagine anything.
To become everything.
And as you acknowledging your boundless being allow that infinite consciousness of yours to synchronize with your physical phone.
And let's say specifically invite our heart center to synchronize with the whole creation.
So how do we doing that?
And it's the same technique for everything.
First you're acknowledging your boundless being.
You allow your mind to become infinite.
Then as infinity you're calling the heart center to synchronize with the infinite being which you are.
Yeah so you allow your heart center to open and open and open until it's synchronized completely.

I use different words to pure consciousness,
Source,
Infinity,
Boundless,
Is all the same really.
And after we synchronize our heart center.
We shift our awareness.
Into our nervous system.
So nervous system is really simply a sense of nervousness.
We don't need to know anything about the nerves,
But we know very clearly if we feel a bit nervous.
And nervous doesn't have to be like strong,
Extreme feeling.
It can be just a sense of dis-easeness,
You know,
Something doesn't feel comfortable.
There is a vibration that is not comfortable in our existence.
See if you can recognize any of them.
Anywhere in the body or in the whole body at the same time.
And then follow the same technique as we did for the heart center.
Acknowledge your infinity.
And then invite synchronization between infinity and your nervous system.
And then.
.
.
We want to invite our mind to synchronize completely.
Now until now,
Since we start this meditation,
We're all the time using the mind to help actually the body and the mind itself to relax more and more.
But we still use it all the time.
Now we want to stop using it.
We stop visualizing,
Imagining,
Moving,
Synchronizing.
We stop doing all of that.
And what we do is we just allow the mind to be.
We don't use it for anything right now.
So a thought might come and go,
It's no problem,
But we don't consciously use the mind to do something or to think something.
We just let it float freely,
No problem.
Enlightenment is really dead.
Enlightenment is when our moving mind is united completely with all there is and recognizes that all there is is actually light or energy taking forms,
Infinite forms.
Enlightened being is seeing that 24-7.
And then there are different grades of some people move in and out,
Most move in and out,
And some don't recognize that at all.
As we practice more and more,
Our ability to stay in that increases,
Meaning that our sense of peace and well-being enhances big time.
So like going to the gym,
We have to train on that.
So increase that ability.
With that also we increase the ability to shift.
So if we feel unwell psychologically,
Physically,
Emotionally or energetically,
We know that we can do something similar to what we just practiced today and then feel again in harmony.
