Before we begin today's meditation,

I want to talk about what's really going on when you say manifestation just doesn't work.

If you have trouble manifesting what you want,

The biggest reasons are usually these.

Either underneath it all there's part of you that feels like you just don't deserve what you want or you feel like it's never going to happen for you.

Whether it's 10 million dollars or a dream home or the freedom to never have to work in a job you don't like,

When you try to imagine it you can't quite get yourself to really feel the feelings of what it would be like.

Because it feels too far away or too big or maybe just too much for you right now.

But manifestation can only happen through the here and now.

So it's not that you can't manifest these things,

It's just that you can't do it yet.

Because you're not at the place where you can truly see yourself in that place with what you want now.

When something feels far away your subconscious mind can't bridge the gap.

So today instead of trying to manifest 10 million dollars,

Today we're going to start small with something that feels closer,

Easier,

More real.

Something your mind can accept could be more possible for you right now.

We're going to manifest ease and we'll begin by imagining what easier would look like in your life.

So let's begin.

I invite you to settle into a comfortable position,

Relax your shoulders,

Your back and your whole body.

And let's take a deep breath in,

Inhale and exhale.

Let go of whatever's come before this moment and anything that's coming after as you gently ease into being here and now.

And on each breath see if you can find yourself more and more rooted in the groundedness of being present.

All that's required of you is that you be right where you are now.

Nothing else is more important in this moment,

Just you being here now.

Being present is extremely powerful.

When you intentionally bring your awareness to the present moment you shut out everything else that constantly demands your attention,

That pulls at your senses or that asks things of you.

But when you come back to being here and now you open up possibility again.

And this is where real change happens.

Not in the future,

Not in planning,

Not in wanting.

It happens by changing our thinking right now.

So in this nowness we're going to cultivate the feelings of ease.

What would it look like,

What would it feel like if life were a little easier for you?

Don't worry if you can't imagine it right now.

Your mind might want to argue with you,

But all the reasons why it can't happen.

Keep directing your thinking back to being here and now and the feeling of ease.

How does easier feel?

Lighter?

Is there room for laughter,

Joy,

Moments of clarity,

A feeling of confidence?

Feel those feelings.

So often when we're on the path to better we become very aware of all the things that aren't working for us anymore.

Because as we change and what's around us is largely the same,

We can start to feel like we don't belong where we are anymore.

So if there's something in your life that feels off or difficult or challenging,

If it feels out of place with the you that you're becoming,

Let go of trying to force a change and come back here.

The present moment is your only point of power and in it is infinite possibility.

So what do you want for your life?

You access that here and now.

Imagine it.

Let's take another deep breath in,

Inhale and exhale.

Ease is your natural state.

I invite you to repeat these affirmations with me silently or loud.

Number one,

I am worthy of a life that feels lighter and more joyful.

Number two,

Ease flows to me naturally and effortlessly.

Three,

I am open to receiving in ways I haven't imagined yet.

Number four,

I am exactly where I need to be to allow more of what I want.

And five,

I sit with infinite possibility.

As we come to the end of this meditation,

I invite you to come back to the present moment whenever you can all through the day.

Ease is available to you and you access it through presence.
