This extended INsight~Nidra practice with Ian Melrose is designed to guide you into deep, natural and effortless sleep. Working with the Throat Chakra, the bridge between our inner world and outer expression, the practice helps gently release held tension throughout the body, balances breath and energy through the throat centre, and quietens the mind. When the Throat Chakra feels blocked, daily tension can follow us into sleep, preventing the nervous system from fully letting go. This session softly dissolves those barriers, inviting the body and mind to surrender into rest.
