In IN~Sight Nidra we meditate with our energetic blueprint. Chakra knowledge is helpful in understanding the energy body and to understand who we truly are. We investigate our invisible self through learning how energy, thought and emotions move, or don’t move, through our body.

Welcome to Insight Nidra with Ian Mauroz.

This meditative practice combines Eastern and Western modalities of Vipassana,

Yoga Nidra,

Chakra work,

Archetypes and Body symptoms.

It is now time to prepare for Insight Nidra.

Please lie down in Shavasana with your feet hip width apart and your arms slightly away from the body,

Palms up.

Make sure you are warm,

Comfortable and relaxed.

It is best if you are in a dark room.

Use an eye mask if needed.

Ian will now begin this guided meditation.

Just lying down comfortably,

Legs slightly apart.

Breathe in deeply.

As you breathe out,

Feel any ills or discomforts flow away.

Just do that several times.

Say to yourself,

I'll remain awake,

Concentrating on hearing and awareness only.

Following the voice with total attention.

Let thoughts fade away,

Relaxing the body and mind into complete stillness.

Develop awareness from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.

Moving through the hollow spaces of the body.

We're working with the sacral chakra,

Represented with an orange color.

You can move the color orange,

Rainbow color through your body.

The Sanskrit sound for the sacral chakra is vam,

V-A-M.

So if you wish,

You can repeat that to yourself or out aloud a few times.

The vibration,

Especially of the M,

Vam helps to still the body further.

The M part represents the deep sleep state,

The yoga nidra state.

If you're musical,

It's in the notes of D.

We've been working with resolutions.

If you've looked at Louise Hay or Medical Medium,

One of the other people who specialize in working with mental-emotional system on the body.

You can say your resolution now three times in the present tense.

And especially when we go into the yoga nidra phase,

That'll start to work a little deeper.

Working with the sacral chakra,

Especially if you have any problems with the intestines or kidney,

Bladder,

Blood lymph or lower back.

You can visualize putting your hands or those of a practitioner or saint or awakened person on any part where you have nailment.

And to move through the body.

And again,

If you wish to use the orange light,

Like the rainbow color orange on each part when it's mentioned,

You're welcome to do that.

Or just notice each part remaining still.

Observing any pleasant,

Unpleasant or neutral Vedana or sensations.

Starting with the crown.

Third eye.

Faith.

Eyes.

Ears.

Tongue.

Lips.

Throat chakra.

Right shoulder.

Elbow.

Right wrist.

And again with the fingers.

Working with the tips of the fingers.

Visualizing the white or orange energy coming out of the tips of the fingers.

Thumb.

Forefinger.

Middle finger.

Ring finger.

Little finger.

Right wrist.

Elbow.

Shoulder.

Throat chakra.

Left shoulder.

Trying to stay within the hollow of the body beneath the skin.

Left elbow.

Rest.

Left thumb.

Forefinger.

Middle finger.

Ring finger.

Little finger.

Rest.

Left elbow.

Shoulder.

Throat chakra.

Heart chakra.

Right chest.

Heart.

Left chest.

Heart chakra.

Solar plexus.

Sacral chakra.

Right hip.

Knee.

Ankle.

The same with the toes,

Visualizing energy extending beyond the end of each toe.

Big toe.

Second toe.

Middle toe.

Fourth toe.

Little toe.

Right ankle.

Right knee.

Right hip.

Sacral chakra.

Left hip.

Left knee.

Left ankle.

Big toe.

Second toe.

Middle toe.

Fourth toe.

Fourth toe.

Little toe.

Ankle.

Knee.

Left hip.

Sacral chakra.

Solar plexus chakra.

Heart chakra.

Third eye.

Breathe slowly,

Noiselessly,

And deeply fill your abdomen,

Then your chest.

On exhalation,

The chest,

Then the abdomen.

Keep repeating.

Bring your attention to the coccyx,

To the perileum,

At the base of the spine.

Inhale white or orange light up the spine to the top of the head.

Exhale light from the top of the head,

Down the spine to the perineum.

Keep repeating,

Exhaling down the spine,

Inhaling up the spine.

It doesn't matter if you can't visualize the stream.

Just use your awareness.

Keep retention inside the spinal cord,

Moving slowly part by part,

Up and down.

And you next come into the head area.

Bring your attention to the third eye.

Observing the space in front of the third eye.

Exhale light from the top of the head.

Bring your attention to throat chakra.

Listening to your inner voice.

Exhale light from the top of the head.

Exhale light from the top of the head.

Exhale light from the top of the head.

And down to the heart chakra.

Visualizing the hollow of the chest cavity,

The emptying of any positive or neutral or negative sensations.

Go deeper into stillness and silence.

Moving down to the sacral chakra.

Associated with water and feelings.

Right side is VO controller check.

A few times.

We're going to move into the visualization of the archetypes,

The journey we've been on for a little while.

So if you wish you can remain lying down,

Move a little if you need to.

If you want to sit up,

Just sit up at this stage,

Roll onto your side first,

Sit up,

Just keeping your eyes closed,

But you're welcome to stay lying down.

Continuing with the traveler's journey,

You've just left the seer,

You follow your new direction which leads through fields of golden wheat.

You ponder what you meant by a secret path of how to achieve and end the suffering.

You had also mentioned that in the scrolls which you'd read in her abode.

You stride forward,

Impatient to make this future a reality.

Having now decided what you'll create with this new potential,

That's when you come across a clearing in the field.

By a stream sits a mother of nature,

Her hair golden as wheat.

She's wearing a crown of stars and a white gown dotted with red pomegranates,

All signs of abundance.

She rests back on the stone chair,

Surrounded by lush garden with a forest behind.

You stand before her and relate your story.

She gives a smile and fizes.

Like newly planted grain or a new born baby,

When discovering your potential this new creation is fragile.

It requires understanding.

It helps to have positive thoughts and speech.

You need to develop mentally so that you make the right choices.

By meditating with mindfulness and concentration,

You gain wisdom and insight to bring your abilities to fruition.

Understanding at last that your new life will take time to develop.

We thank her and continue on your way.

Just reflect on any parts of this archetype.

You you you Return again to your breath.

If you're lying down you're welcome to continue lying down.

If you're sitting just lengthen your spine.

Everyone inhale deeply and as you exhale imagine yourself filling with a divine white or orange light.

You can repeat V A N from the D note again a few times if you wish.
