It is now time to prepare for Insight Nidra.
Please lie down in Shavasana with your feet hip width apart and your arms slightly away from the body,
Palms up.
Make sure you are warm,
Comfortable and relaxed.
It is best if you are in a dark room.
Use an eye mask if needed.
Ian will now begin this guided meditation.
Starting with the heart and the sound for that is YAM.
So if you would like to put that vibration into your heart chakra,
Just start to wake it up for the next couple of minutes.
Just keep letting go.
Keep surrendering.

Visualize yourself walking and bring a white or green light of energy through your body from your crown chakra all the way to the tips of your fingers,
All the way to the tips of your toes.
Visualize yourself walking easily as you are passing energy through your body.
If you come across any condition or injury,
Just stop walking and observe that blockage to carry on walking.
Let's develop a healing awareness of your body.
Especially in the area of the thymus gland in the heart chakra,
The immune system,
The extremities.
Keep letting go of the future which never arrives.

Putting your attention on the soles of your feet,
Inhaling light energy to the base chakra and up to the crown chakra.
Feel thoughts,
Toxins,
Stress,
Fatigue back down to the soles of your feet.
With each of these meditations,
Just keep repeating.

Next come down to your ankles,
Bringing that healing light energy up to the crown chakra.

Exhale thoughts,
Stress,
Come back to the heart chakra.

Putting your attention in your hands,
Breathing light energy from your hands up to the throat chakra,
Up to the crown.
The crown drawing in light energy through the throat chakra,
Through the hands,
Through the fingers,
Light projecting beyond the fingers.
Drawing in light energy through the fingers,
Up the arms to the throat chakra to the crown and keep repeating.

Again,
Visualize yourself walking with ease as you inhale earth energy up the left soul,
Up the body to left nostril,
Out the right nose.
Exhale out the right nostril,
Back down to the right soul.
Inhaling through the ground to the right soul of the foot,
Up the body to the right nostril.
Breathing out the left nostril,
Down the body,
The left soul of the foot into the ground.
Just keep repeating that cycle.
As you're doing this,
Feel the earth energy strengthening your whole body,
Strengthening your immune system,
Your spine,
Your whole skeleton.
As in your mind's eye,
You're walking fluidly.
Breathing the energy through each soul.
