And welcome to Awakening Moon's guided meditation space.
I'm Julianne Blue,
Your host and guide.
Meditation is the practice of becoming still and quiet,
Turning into our bodies and accessing a deeper level of consciousness.
We can practice meditation as often as we like to use this deeper level of awareness for our own healing,
The healing of others,
And even for healing situations.
This is the space you've set aside for yourself to go inward and seek answers,
Health,
And wisdom.
While you're getting into a comfortable position,
Begin to think about what you'd like to receive during this meditation time.
Maybe it's balance,
Clarity,
Forgiveness,
Reassurance,
Release,
Confidence,
Or a solution.
Close your eyes and pause here if you need to.
Good.
Now you have your intention for this meditation.
With your eyes still closed,
In your imagination,
See yourself standing in an empty classroom.
The floor,
Checked with black and white tile,
Is newly waxed.
The desks have all been removed,
And the chalkboard is crisp and fresh from notes.
If chalkboards stress you out,
Imagine a whiteboard.
Write your question,
Or what you'd like from this meditation time,
On the imaginary chalkboard or whiteboard at the front of the classroom.
Now imagine yourself walking to the back of the classroom and sitting down on that shiny floor.
Now I'm going to help you relax first in body and then in mind so you can access your deeper levels of consciousness.
Your eyes should be closed,
And you should be sitting or lying in a comfortable position,
But one that's not so comfortable you fall asleep.
Very good.
Now bring your awareness to your head,
Letting the tension melt away from the forehead,
Ears,
Nose,
Cheeks,
Jaw,
Feet,
Lip,
And chin.
Now let that sense of relaxation continue to melt down into your neck,
Your throat,
Your tongue,
Your vocal cords,
And down into your shoulders.
Good.
Let's keep melting that tension away,
Floating across your shoulders,
Down your arms,
Into your elbows,
And out through your wrists and fingers.
Great.
Let all that stress blow out.
Now bring your awareness to your heart.
Notice the weight of it and let whatever is heavy melt out,
Opening the rib cage wide,
Breathing deeply into your heart's faith,
And letting the tension melt on your ribs,
Spread across your abdomen,
Down into your pelvic floor,
Widening your hips,
Relaxing the lower back,
The thighs,
Flowing through the knees,
The calves,
And out through the soles of your feet and tips of your toes.
You're feeling lighter already.
You're at a deeper level of awareness.
Let's relax your mind now.
If you're like me,
Your mind is having multiple conversations that you're aware of on varying levels.
Your to-do list may be loudest,
Seconded by the voice of a disapproving source telling you you're not good enough or that you'll run out of something,
Time,
Money,
Or energy.
Whatever these voices are,
We're going to ask them to quietly wait while we attend to each of their concerns from a higher level of consciousness.
Let's mentally thank these mind voices for communicating with us and assure them they will be given the attention they deserve.
Good.
Now imagine you're visiting your favorite spot in nature.
You can feel the hum of life and harmony around you.
You're safe.
The weather is ideal.
And in your hand,
You have a remote that reads,
Press here to stop time.
Pressing this button will take you outside of space and time so you may sit here in this place,
Deeper consciousness with all of the possibilities in the universe.
Press that button.
You are now outside of space and time.
Let's recall the classroom board and what you wrote on it when you first sat down.
This is your cheap awareness for today.
This is the mental conversation you've chosen to highlight in this practice of higher consciousness.
You can repeat this as many times as you like with new questions and intentions on this board.
For today,
You will recall what you can read from your spot at the back of the classroom,
Sitting on the floor.
You are outside of time and space.
You are in a place of infinite possibilities.
You are outside of time and space,
Which means the laws of matter do not apply.
You can use this blank canvas to mind map solutions or direct healing and restore balance to your life or the life of someone you love.
You may not use this space to cause harm to anyone or anything.
By universal law,
The energy of the intention you use will be reflected and returned to you.
I will now send love and light through the use of distance right to you and your protected bubble outside of time and space,
Where you can access your guides and your higher consciousness,
See the infinite possibilities,
And discover your higher purpose.
I'll be quiet for about three minutes while you tap into the reiki energy I'm sending you.
You'll hear the sound of the 528 hertz tuning fork before I speak again.

You are now at a very deep level of awareness and have more clarity,
Assurance,
And calm than before.
You are learning to use this higher consciousness to help yourself and others.
You can come to this place whenever you like.
The more often you practice,
The easier it will be to be outside of time and space.
You are returning to your place in nature.
The remote on your lap reads,
Press to restart time and space.
Soak in feelings of this experience.
Press your gratitude to your spot in nature and press that button.
You are now back in the classroom,
Sitting on the floor,
Looking at the chalkboard.
If you have any resolutions or gratitude you'd like to remember,
Write them on the chalkboard.
Good.
Now imagine this chalkboard is directly connected to the divine consciousness and whatever you've written on it will be received and answered.
Imagine you're standing back away from the chalkboard and mentally say,
Send.
You've now sent your chief awareness for today,
The divine consciousness,
And can begin to look for a response.
It's important to walk away from this meditation believing your requests have been sent and are already being received and answered.
You can return here whenever you need to to access this higher state of consciousness.
The more you practice,
The easier it will be.
I'm going to ring the tuning fork five times and you will slowly begin to come back into your body feeling more balanced,
More relaxed,
And better than before.
