And welcome to Awakening Moon's guided meditation series.
I'm Julianne Blue,
Your meditation guide.
I'm a Reiki master.
And today I'm going to be teaching you about the chakra points and we're going to do a little affirmation for confidence.
So if you don't already know the chakra points,
The first time we go through this,
I'm going to tell you where to be tapping and where to be touching on your body as you say these affirmations.
So just follow along with me and if you need to pause and catch up or rewind,
You can feel free to do that as well.
So find a comfortable place to be sitting or lying down where you can reach the core center of your body and we're going to begin with the root chakra,
Which is located between the hips.
So you can touch on your hip or below your belly button on your pelvic bone,
Whatever you're comfortable with.
And then we're going to be moving up into the sacral chakra,
Which is the area that's right under your belly button.
So just touch your belly button,
That's your sacral chakra.
And the next point we're going to be using is the solar plexus.
And that is that little space right where your diaphragm is right under your rib cage.
So just tap there.
That's your solar plexus.
The next point we're going to use is the heart.
So just give a tap on your heart.
And then the next one is your throat chakra.
And that is of course in your throat.
And then the next one is the third eye,
Which is right on your forehead between your regular eyes.
The space in the middle of your forehead is your third eye.
So just give that a little tap with your fingertips.
That's your third eye.
And then the final one is going to be your crown chakra,
Which will just be the top of your head.
Give the top of your head a little tap.
So these are all your chakra points.
And by tapping on them,
We're just going to be telling our body,
Really just grounding that affirmation into our body and all these different chakras.
The root chakra governs your sense of security.
And any question you may have about having enough,
Any fear that you may have about being enough.
The sacral chakra next up under your belly button,
That is where your relationships and your desires live.
And then your solar plexus is your confidence and your willpower and where your anger lives.
And then your heart chakra is where your sense of balance and connection is and of course your love.
And then your throat chakra is your ability to communicate.
And to further that idea,
Your ability to communicate creatively,
Speak your truth.
And then your third eye on your forehead.
This is the spot that governs your intuition,
Your ability to know things that can't be seen with your regular eyes.
And then that point on the top of your head,
Your crown chakra is your connection to the divine and the cosmos.
Things that are greater than you,
The universe,
The greater,
The greater collective.
Okay,
So just taking a nice deep breath.
The first affirmation is,
I will always have everything I need.
We're going to begin by tapping down on your root chakra,
Which is between your hips.
So follow with me now.
I will always have everything I need.
Tapping on the hip.
I will always have everything I need.
Tapping on the belly button.
I will always have everything I need,
Tapping on the solar plexus,
Right under your rib cage.
I will always have everything I need,
Tapping on your heart.
I will always have everything I need tapping on your throat.
I will always have everything I need tapping on your third eye on your forehead.
I will always have everything I need tapping on the top of your head on your crown chakra.
Again,
Back down to the root.
I am open to the possibility that I am smart and resourceful.
And up to the sacral.
I am open to the possibility that I am smart and resourceful and bringing that up to the solar plexus.
I am open to the possibility that I'm smart and resourceful.
And to the heart I'm open to the possibility that I'm smart and resourceful.
And to the throat.
I am open to the possibility that I'm smart and resourceful.
To the third eye,
I'm open to the possibility that I'm smart and resourceful.
And to the crown,
I'm open to the possibility that I'm smart and resourceful.
Again,
Back down to the root,
I'm smart and resourceful.
I am smart and resourceful.
