Take a deep breath in and exhale fully.
Breathe into your nose to the count of four.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Hold your breath for two,
Three,
Four.
Breathe out.
Two,
Three,
Four.
Hold your breath.
Two,
Three,
Four.
And continue this cycle.
So breathing in through the nose to the count of four.
Holding your breath for four seconds.
Then breathing out for four seconds.
And then holding your breath again for four seconds.
Okay,
Take another deep breath in,
In through your nose.
Out through your mouth.
As you breathe out,
You can drop your chin slightly.
So you can get that same feeling as when you're looking over a flight of stairs,
10 steps.
That's right.
These stairs will lead you to a place that makes you feel calm,
Relaxed,
At ease.
So right now,
You're taking step 10 as each muscle,
Every nerve turns loose,
Lets loose,
And you go deeper.
You're taking step 9 and 8.
And you can see your feet,
Even hear your feet moving with every step as you're going deeper.
You're taking step 7 and 6,
Going deeper with every number I count.
You're taking step 5 and 4 as each muscle,
Every nerve turns loose,
Lets loose,
And you go deeper.
You're taking step 3 and 2 as you gently,
Calmly,
Easily move into an even deeper level.
You're taking step 1 and as I click with my fingers,
You can just go deeper,
Drift deeper,
And sink deeper.
And as you're going deeper,
You have arrived at the bottom of this staircase right now.
And as you are at the bottom of this staircase,
You see a beautiful door right in front of you.
So just slowly touch the handle of this door and slowly open the door.
Walk through the doorway and see there the most confident version of you.
How does she move?
What is different about her?
What does she believe about herself?
What do her thoughts look like?
Okay.
And I want you to walk towards her,
Feel her energy.
Okay.
As you're closer and closer to her,
I want you to imagine to merge with this version of you,
Meld together with this version of you,
Become this version of you right now.
Notice how your body feels.
Feel a sense of renewed energy moving through your body.
This sense of being unstoppable,
Having incredible confidence,
Knowing who you are.
Just see how this energy is moving to every part of your body.
And if this feeling,
This feeling of feeling confident,
Feeling at ease,
Feeling excited about life,
Knowing that you've got what it takes,
If those feelings could have a color,
Or maybe multiple colors,
Which colors would it be?
Okay.
And just see these colors spread through every cell of your body,
Filling up your body with calmness,
Joy,
Passion.

And just notice how it feels to feel this relaxed.
That's it.
And just focus on seeing now that you're enjoying the journey.
See how you define yourself only with your intentions and your effort.
The results automatically follow.
So feeling wonderful,
