Now take a deep breath in,
Into your nose,
And breathe out as if you're breathing out through a straw with thinly pursed lips.
Breathing in through your nose,
Out through your mouth with thinly pursed lips.
And continue to breathe this way,
Because when you breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth as if you're breathing out through a straw,
You're calming down the nervous system.
Now I want you to think of someone that you love.
See this person in front of you.
Feel your love for him or her.
And if this love would have a symbol,
This love that you feel for him or her,
How could this symbol look like?
Just see what comes up in your mind.
Now place this symbol in your body,
And with every breath that you take,
The symbol is growing stronger and stronger,
Filling up your body with love,
Calmness.
Now take another deep breath in.
As you breathe out,
Start to move your fingers and toes.
Become aware of the temperature in the room.
And slowly open your eyes,
Knowing that you're exactly where you're meant to be,
And knowing that you are loved.
