Sit or lay down and make sure you are in a comfortable position.
Now take a deep breath in and breathe out fully.
Become aware of three sounds that you're hearing right now.
Two things that you can smell in this moment.
One thing that you can feel,
Perhaps the clothing that is touching your skin.
Okay,
Perfect.
Now take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly release it through your mouth.
With every inhale and every exhale,
Simply allow your body to soften.
Become more present,
More calm.
You can just let it happen to you.
So as you continue to breathe in deeply into your nose and out through your mouth,
I want you to imagine that each breath carries a soothing,
Energizing light.
This light flows wherever your breath goes,
Filling every part of your body with ease.
So just start by breathing into the top of your head.
Feel the light expanding,
Creating space and clarity in your mind.
And with every inhale,
Imagine your mind becoming freer.
As you breathe into your face,
Allow your forehead,
Your cheeks,
Your jaw to soften.
Feel them opening gently,
Becoming more relaxed,
At ease.
Each breath brings a sense of comfort and spaciousness.
Now direct your breath into your neck and shoulders.
Imagine the light expanding here,
Creating a feeling of openness,
Lightness.
With each inhale,
Your shoulders feel freer.
And as you continue,
Just breathe into your stomach.
Imagine this area becoming softer and expansive,
Filled with fresh energy.
Each breath brings a sense of ease and gentle openness.
Now guide your breath into your hips.
As you inhale,
Feel the light gently expanding there,
Bringing flexibility,
Spaciousness and freedom.
Now breathe in deeply into your thighs,
Feeling the light flowing down and expanding every muscle.
Allow your knees to open as well,
Filled with warmth.
With each inhale,
Direct your breath into your lower legs right now,
Your ankles,
Your feet.
Feel them becoming light,
Energized,
Open.
Imagine every part of your body is glowing with a sense of freedom,
Ease.
Now take a few more deep breaths,
Allowing this energy to flow freely from your head to your toes.
Feel your entire body open,
Expand,
And feel how you are deeply supported.
And now just notice how the weight of your body is fully supported.
The surface beneath you is holding you effortlessly,
No matter what happens in life.
Now take another deep breath in.
Notice how light and how free you feel,
Consciously or subconsciously,
It does not matter.
Knowing that you are safe,
Knowing that you belong,
And knowing and understanding that everything is working out for you.
You are exactly where you are meant to be.
Now take a deep breath in and exhale fully.
And as you exhale,
Become aware of three sounds that you are hearing in this moment.
Two sensations that you are feeling.
Perhaps your clothing,
Perhaps the surface beneath you.
And on the count of one,
Just move your neck from left to right.
Okay,
Perfect.
Now when you are ready,
Bring your awareness back to your body.
Knowing that you are loved,
Knowing that you are safe,
Knowing that you are more than enough.
Now gently wiggle your fingers and toes.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes.

Allow yourself to drift into a restful,

Carrying this feeling of calm and confidence with you.
