How do you feel?
Maybe you feel a lack of motivation,
Overwhelmed.
Or just notice anything that comes up.
And the first feeling that comes up,
You can just go with that.
You can trust your intuition.
And on a scale from 0 to 10,
How strong is the feeling?
10 means very strong,
0 means not that strong.
And just observe what number comes up.
There is no need to judge.
It is simply showing where you are right now.
Now let's start with the karate chop point.
Side of the hand.
Even though I might not be where I want to be just yet.
I know that I have time.
Top of the head.
I know that the seeds that I will plant today will grow in the right time.
Eyebrows.
I allow myself to focus only on what needs to be done in the next moment.
Side of the eye.
And I celebrate myself daily by noticing the little winds.
Under the eye.
I applaud myself for showing up.
Upper lip.
I am making my future self happy by being patient and consistent.
Chin.
I give myself time to grow.
Collarbone.
I allow myself to already be proud of myself in this very moment.
Underarm.
Because I know that everything is working out for me.
Okay,
Let's do a second round.
Let's start with the karate chop point again.
Side of the hand.
Even though I might not feel like the results are coming fast enough.
I give myself time and space to breathe.
Top of the head.
And I applaud myself for following my creative dreams.
Eyebrows.
Every day I focus on what is going well.
Side of the eye.
I make a decision to enjoy the journey already right now.
Under the eye.
The only thing that I identify with is my attitude and the effort that I put into my work.
Upper lip.
I detach from the results and I always do my best.
Chin.
I am aware of the value that I bring.
Collarbone.
I am present.
Under the arm.
Every day is a new start.
Now take a deep breath in.
Breathe out.
And just take a moment to relax your arms.
And to check in with yourself.

What number do you give the feeling that you were feeling before?
10 means very intense.
0 means not intense at all.
Okay.
